The wagon has a cosy king bed, cooking facilities, fridge freezer and wood stove. Right next door is the bathroom with flushing toilet, sink and hot shower.

Accessed by its own gated lane and set in a private paddock, "Oliveduck Hut" is the perfect retreat for couples, or singles who prefer their own company. An ideal ‘base camp’ as you explore the National Park and surrounding area. Light a fire and get lazy, chill out in the hottub, star-gaze at the incredible night skies, or just take in the majestic Pen y Fan as you plan (or recover from) your ascent.

Step aboard The Toad, a beautifully restored 1921 GWR brake van (AKA Toad Wagon), once a vital part of post-war goods trains. Weighing 20 tons and brimming with original rustic features, this historic wagon offers characterful self-catering accommodation with a touch of luxury. Nestled in the beautiful South Shropshire Hills, on the edge of a working farm, the Stretton Pod is one of three luxury pods (view others on my profile). With plenty of scenic walks from the door, this cosy pod provides the perfect escape to relax and unwind. The accommodation has been individually designed and furnished in a bespoke style, including a hot tub, wet room and cooking facilities. Luxury 100% cotton bed linen, towels and robes are provided, along with a few basic supplies.

Our handcrafted en-suite wooden cabin is located within a small wood on the grounds of working sheep farm with an uninterrupted view across the valley in picturesque Shropshire. It has everything you need to retreat from the real world, whether it's for a cosy night in, in front of the log burner or a chance to sit and stargaze on the deck. There is an abundance of walks right from your doorstep, you're even lucky enough to have the Offas Dyke within a stones throw from the Cabin.
