Our flat has a vibrant, artistic vibe and is located in small building, designed by the famous Sevilla architect Anibel Gonzalez. The building has been renovated to provide modern conveniences like a lift, air conditioning & heating and Wi-Fi. It is one of four apartments in this emblematic building. We love that it is part of the city's rich history! We especially admire its balcony and views onto the plaza, high ceilings, arched windows and beautiful facade. We also like how it is quiet but in a lively neighborhood. A simple three story building with a elevator. There is a wonderful cafe downstairs that we believe has the best breakfast in town. They have great Italian coffee and they make their own breads and cakes. Fabulous extra virgin olive oil too! For afternoon relaxing have some wine and cheese at the low key authentic bar next door. Pepe and I think of each guest as if you were family. We believe that the point of Airbnb is to feel connected to the people of the place you are exploring and to have extra assistance in getting to know the place you are visiting. However, we also respect that each guest is different and some prefer privacy while others may like a bit of company. The apartment is in the historic center of Seville, with several markets within a minute's walk. Find tapas galore in the nearby square or join the local folk at the Vizcaino Bar for vermouth and mussels. Main tourist sights are a short and enjoyable walk away. We recommend walking or renting a bike but there are buses (C5) and taxis close to the house. We are always happy to call you a taxi at anytime of the day. We also recommend that guests download MyTaxi, Cabify or the Uber App while in Seville. There is a flea market that has taken place every Thursday since the 13th century right at the foot of our apartment. Pretty cool to see. The family that owned the building prior to its renovation were known for the books their sold on Thursdays. We feel like it's Christmas when we wake up in the apartment and see everyone set up outside. The flat is in the historic center of Seville, with several markets within a minute's walk. La cocina está completamente equipada, con nevera, microondas, lavadora, vitro, cafetera, hervidor de agua, tostadora y menaje. El apartamento dispone de WIFI de alta velocidad (fibra), aire acondicionado (frio-calor) y televisión Smart-Tv. Una vez en la ciudad, existe la posibilidad de alquiler de bicicletas, alquiler que estaremos encantados de explicaros el día de entrada. Se alquila el apartamento completo. No hay nada compartido. El Check-in está disponible desde el primer día que usted haya reservado a partir de las 15.00 horas, pero en caso de que fuera necesario, podría recibirle antes y dejar sus maletas en el apartamento, mientras se realiza la limpieza, a partir de las 12.00 horas, sin coste adicional para que puedan disfrutar de la ciudad. El Check-out es a las 11.00 horas del último día que usted tenga reservado. Sujeto a disponibilidad podemos ofrecer de manera totalmente gratuita un late Check-out.
