Other times we take long walks, chat with those clamming or crabbing right off of the shore. Our favorite place for cocktails and live entertainment is just a 3 minute walk around the corner, The Snug Harbor. Our small STUDIO “jewel box” condo looks out on to two merging, clear, fresh water creeks, sandy beaches, tide pools, layered cliffs, the Ghost Forest, and is surrounded by a national forest. It has: full kitchen, bath, queen bed, pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). It’s been full renovated to make it our dream getaway! Neskowin has a good wine/deli/market on site. Please reference pictures to see the trundle bed twin + last pic for location off US Hwy 101.

The ocean view! That's what this property is all about. Sitting more than 150 feet above Beverly Beach with windows looking west, the views are incredible. With rolling waves and the possibility of spotting whales, this is the place! This is a house that we have recently purchased. The only thing that has remained in the house is the kitchen cabinets, stove, oven, and microwave. Everything else is new! The views are spectacular, that is what this house is about.

Siletz Riverhouse - We are Unique! Let's Talk!

Dock closed! It's summer on Siletz River which can be fun, but with a caveat. Guests may still enjoy the house and deck, but without access to our dock or river from the house due to major floods in December and March ‘26. We are in the process of river bank reclamation, but it will not be completed by your requested dates. Also, we are a remote location without Internet, WiFi, or cell service, but offer peace and quiet instead.
