Perfectly located close to Kommetjie, Noordhoek and Fish Hoek with magnificent sea views from the main house. A perfect place to rest your head and have a swim after exploring the beautiful sights all around. Comfortable beds with cotton bedding. The two single beds can be turned into a king size bed on request at the time of booking. No children under 12 years. No pets. No kitchenette.

Blackwood Studio

A modern and beautifully decorated house, nestled in Hout Bay, with magnificent views of the mountain. This is a great place for singles or a couple. There is a queen bed that sleeps up to 2. The staircase down to the house is steep so is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The oven/stove is gas, the hot water is gas, the internet is solar driven and we have 2 battery lights for guests use.

Sunbird cottage

Welcome to Sunbird Cottage, a free standing 2 bedroom unit. The cottage also includes a loft in the open plan area which is furnished with a queen sized bed. The main bedroom is also equipped with a queen sized bed and has its own shower/bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. On the same property you can find Penguin and Porcupine Cottage.
