Het appartement van Elena is zeer centraal gelegen, maar toch super rustig in een zijstraat. We voelden onszelf meteen thuis in de airbnb. Alles was zeer netjes en vanop het balkon in de slaapkamer heb je een prachtig zicht! Elena zelf was telkens vlot bereikbaar en steeds super aangenaam in de omgang.

Allo stesso tempo è in una posizione strategica per chi desidera visitare i borghi storici del Valdarno e del Chianti. L’appartamento è curato, luminoso e pulito. Paola e la sua famiglia sono padroni di casa molto gentili e sempre disponibili a offrire consigli su attività e luoghi da visitare nella zona. Consigliatissimo!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Montepulciano. The space was spotless, well-appointed, and perfectly suited for our group. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and having two bathrooms made it especially convenient. The apartment was filled with charming Tuscan details and modern amenities, creating a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. The washer and dryer were a plus! The location was ideal—just a short walk to the town center with its charming shops, local restaurants, and stunning views of the countryside. Dorita and family were incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great recommendations for wineries and local attractions. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic Tuscan experience. We can’t wait to return!

Delizioso appartamento in un condominio molto tranquillo in zona residenziale e a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Arezzo con tutti i servizi principali nelle immediate vicinanze. Nell'appartamento, molto pulito, c'era veramente di tutto, olio sale tantissime cialde per il caffe, caffe in polvere, moka, lavastoviglie, lavatrice , asciugatrice, sapone bagnodoccia, asciugacapelli, riscaldamento autonomo, aria condizionate in tutte le camere. Ultimo pensiero per Thomas veramente gentile e molto professionale. Consiglio al 100% questa soluzione per chi vuole trascorrere un bel soggiorno in Toscana.

The apartment is in a fabulous location and overlooks the piazza. Close to restaurants and the Gelateria. The apartment is so central and is comfortable, warm and welcoming. All amenities as listed. Apartment was clean and spacious. Francesco communicated well and instructions to park and get to the apartment were clear and easy to follow. Close to all the attractions, comfortable bed, lovely shower and what a view over the piazza. I would recommend this apartment for your stay in San Gimignano.

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Le indicazioni fornite dal proprietario per raggiungere la casa sono state precise e semplici da seguire. L'alloggio era confortevole, pulito e ben dotato di tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Ho apprezzato particolarmente il parcheggio coperto per la moto, un dettaglio non da poco per chi viaggia su due ruote. La presenza della macchinetta del caffè e dell'acqua fresca in frigorifero sono stati un'accoglienza molto gradita. Inoltre, ho trovato comodo avere a disposizione saponi per la doccia e asciugamani puliti. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque cerchi un posto accogliente e ben organizzato.

The view here leaves you absolutely breathless. I can’t emphasize this enough. If you are coming to Tuscany to soak in the vistas, colors and textures book this Airbnb!!! I guarantee it alone is worth booking for! The interior is really nice and cozy too. The garden is perfect. And on top of all that the service was 5 star - very attentive and helpful. We will be back if life provides the opportunity.

Ottimo appartamento, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Arezzo. Noi abbiamo usufruito della casa in gruppo (4 persone) per 4 giorni, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Gli spazi della casa sono ottimi, avevamo a disposizione un divano letto matrimoniale, un singolo divano letto e un letto singolo. Nella casa avevamo tutto il necessario per la permanenza. Marzia è un ottimo host, risponde subito ed è molto disponibile. Unica pecca: abbiamo visitato Arezzo in inverno, e purtroppo la casa era un po' fredda nonostante i caloriferi accesi (niente di troppo problematico, comunque)

Wat een fantastische huis en tuin. We waren met 3 families in de leeftijd van 8 maanden tot zeventig jaar, voor ieder was er voldoende aanwezig. Het zwembad was fantastisch, iedereen genoot ervan. In de tuin is zoveel te ontdekken, bomen, struiken, kruiden, vol vlinders en insecten en zelf een niet gevaarlijke schorpioen, heel avontuurlijk. Nella was zelf niet aanwezig maar reageerde snel voor onze vragen. Ook had zij een kok geregeld om een avond voor ons te koken. Lily en haar dochter Isabella hebben super heerlijke traditionele Italiaanse gerechten voor ons gekookt, super! En Fabritius bracht een heerlijke rode wijn mee. Cortona is te belopen, wel moet je wat conditie hebben. Het stadje is prachtig en het theatertje prachtig om te zien met een heerlijk restaurant ernaast. Wij komen zeker terug♥️

Ho trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile a Casa Elisa, situata ai piedi della splendida Cortona. L'atmosfera che si respira è magica: una fusione perfetta tra la tradizione toscana e il comfort moderno. Le camere sono eleganti e abbastanza spaziose, arredate con gusto e dotate di tutti i comfort necessari. Il giardino con piscina è un'oasi di tranquillità, ideale per rilassarsi con un buon libro o per godere di un aperitivo al tramonto. Ma è il calore e l'accoglienza della famiglia di Elisa a rendere il soggiorno davvero speciale. La loro disponibilità nel fornire informazioni sui luoghi da visitare e i ristoranti consigliati fa la differenza. Consiglio vivamente Casa Elisa a chiunque voglia scoprire la bellezza della Toscana, vivendo un'esperienza autentica e indimenticabile.

L’alloggio di Rossella è confortevole, ampio, ben strutturato e con tutto il necessario. Noi eravamo in 6 e ci siamo trovati benissimo, le camere sono molto ampie, un bel giardino molto curato, così come il caminetto e il barbecue. Sicuramente non possiamo che consigliare l’alloggio di Rossella.

I can brag forever about this place. Cortona town is a very small place within walls and this place is at the top of it, and walking distance to all the places inside the city walls. Outstanding restaurants, great shopping, very friendly locals. The house was perfect and made our time in Cortona memorable. I would definitely seek out this place and even change my dates if the place is not available;that is how much we enjoyed staying here. The view is astonishing. We would make our own coffee in the morning and take it a few steps up the hill so that we could enjoy the view of the valley below. Very clean with all the amenities we needed. Ashleigh is the Perfect Super Host!!!!

We stayed 2 nights at Alessio's place & really enjoyed it. It was very spacious, comfortable & had everything we could need. The washer & dryer was an added bonus! The views of the countryside were absolutely beautiful & we found San Gimignano charming & a peaceful changeup to explore during our trip. Alessio & his team were very attentive & we would 100% recommend! Prior to booking, we carefully read other reviews & appreciated the "heads-up" about getting to/from the apartment...parking, hills, steps, etc. It definitely helped us plan accordingly as we initially intended to drive ourselves but instead chose to hire driver(s) which eliminated much of this concern...although after arriving, we realized those issues probably wouldn't have been that challenging after all.

I chose this apartment for its view and location – and it absolutely delivered. The sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice of accommodation.

We, a family of three seasoned travelers had tremendous fun. The place, the accommodations, and the location were outstanding. The views from the living room/kitchen were exceptional. Well, after our second stay at Milva‘s Nest, we must say it makes it very hard to stay any other place! Simona’s Airbnb is amazing! One is surrounded with beautiful art and wonderful home decoration that doesn’t skimp at all and makes you feel at home. Simona has taken great strides to make every detail of your stay very special from the wonderful crisp white sheets on that comfy bed, to the Nespresso coffee maker & pods, tea, sugar and cream brightening your every morning, to wonderful books to read and a kitchen & bathroom so fully stocked that you will feel so cared for and pampered! She even has a little heater to warm up the bathroom while you’re taking a shower, so you can feel all cozy and warm when you get out! We also really appreciated the washer AND DRYER! One of the very best things we have enjoyed on both of our stays here is that every window AND TERRACE have the most amazing view of the rolling hills of the Umbrian countryside! Come stay and relax & be refreshed!

We loved staying at Massimiliano‘s apartment during our 4-night stay in Siena. It was clean and offered everything you might need. More important, it was not in the center of Siena where it can get rather crowded and noisy on afternoons and evenings and during the weekend. If you do not mind a 10 to 15 minute (slightly uphill) walk, then this apartment is definitely for you. The communication with Massimiliano was always easy and on time. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Ricardo’s place for 6 days. It is an absolutely beautiful apartment. The bed is really comfortable. The bathroom with the jacuzzi tub is awesome. Having two bathrooms and laundry is also great. The kitchen had everything we needed. Extra touches such as a welcome bottle of wine, robes and slippers made the stay feel luxurious. We loved our stay!
