This is our second time staying here at Jm. house sxm very nice place, very comfortable bed and very clean space. The hosts are very responsive and very flexible, communication was excellent. If I should ever return to SMX for my seventh visit I will definitely consider staying here again…. Love SMX!!

My friends and I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! It truly lives up to its name, Sea Heaven. This property is perfectly located on the beach with amazing views of the ocean and island. The patio and views are the highlights of this property. It was incredibly relaxing to hear the sounds of the ocean throughout the day and night. It is pristine, airy, and aesthetically pleasing. It has modern appliances, comfortable beds, beautiful decor, and is well-equipped. It is close to a strip of restaurants and shops by a short walk or drive. It is safe, secure, and private. I absolutely enjoyed my stay and wish to return soon.

The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our short stay. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, although they don’t provide shampoo or conditioner. Washer and dryer were a nice bonus! It was a very loud Saturday night in the neighborhood but there was a celebration going on of some kind- I imagine it’s generally very peaceful. There’s a grocery store within walking distance too. We would stay again.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Alicia’s place! She was an exceptional host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. It’s clear that Alicia truly cares about her guests, and her hospitality made all the difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our stay was a positive experience. Starting with the exceptional communication and responsiveness of the host. From booking to check-out, he was readily available to answer questions and provide clear instructions. The property itself lived up to the online photos, showcasing a modern and clean design and is located right on Cole Bay, offering lovely sunsets over the marina. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the overall comfort of the space. The added benefits of a secure complex, including a communal pool and a well-equipped gym, enhanced our stay. Supermarket shopping is within walking distance. Things to note: While close to Port de Plaisance Marina, direct pedestrian access isn't possible, requiring a walk to the main road and entry from there. Instead, we borrowed a dinghy for the short paddle to the marina.

Beautiful, clean, and an absolute steal! We had six in our party and fit very comfortably. Amenities at the Marriott were great and Jaque let us know everything we needed to know. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wow is an understatement, Barbara's place was gorgeous. we felt right at home! Looks just like the pics and the view is amazing, we loved it! 3 of us stayed here for a month so we're out and about alot but also spend a good amount of time in, specially dinner time. Barbara's home had Everything we needed and more. Most of our time spend was outside on the terrace, morning coffee and late afternoon cocktails, always a breeze! We can say enough about Barbara, she was the best Airbnb host we have ever had and the sweetest person! She had a list of must do's on the Island (which you should definitely do), she was always there if we needed her for something or just a question. Also gave great advise about car rentals, taxi drivers & restaurants! Love you Barbara and your beautiful Island❤️ We had an amazing time thank you so much🥰

Saul’s place is fantastic with a pool just outside surrounded by picturesque bougainvillea trees. Located toward the top of Pelican Hill, the apartment has a view of the ocean that is absolutely spectacular…like sleeping in the eagle’s nest of the island. The unit is comfortable and quiet; however, its close proximity (3 minute drive or 10 minute walk) to the hustle and bustle of Simpson Bay gives the feeling of being in the center of all the action. As not many areas of the island are walkable, the entire Pelican neighborhood is a wonderful option for its clearly indicated sidewalks and consistently low traffic patterns compared to the rest of Simpson Bay where there are boutiques and grocery stores galore, an endless array of restaurants featuring almost any cuisine you can imagine, nightclubs, bars, and quite a bit of traffic. The unit, itself, was very clean with a large living space that is rare for the island. Saul is a phenomenal host. We can’t wait to come back soon!

We had a very pleasant stay. The place is spacious and had everything we needed. The environment is great if you come as a group, where you can entertain together but also everyone has their private space. Brandon was a very accessible host. the place was well situated and next time if I am coming with a group I would definitely stay at his place.

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans ce petit paradis. Endroit très calme vue sur la mer, aucun souci tout est propre. Logement très bien équipé, il ne manquait rien. La piscine et les extérieurs sont un vrai plus et super appréciée après une journée à découvrir l'île. Je recommande fortement. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et recommandons à 100%!

Erg schoon. Veilige plek achter poort. Parkeerplaats. Leuke plek om te verblijven. Prima voor alleen reizen. Let op, je moet een trap op en zwembad is 100 meter verder. Ik vind het voor herhaling vatbaar. Communicatie met host prima. Aanrader!

I enjoyed the coziness of the location. Host is very responsive and friendly. I enjoy the guestbook with helpful information of things to do and places to go. Get a rental car for your own convenience. However, this Airbnb felt very homey, safe, and clean. Everything I need was there 🥰

Mariana and Manoj’s place was extremely clean and had all the amenities needed for a great vacation. Sapphire Beach Club staff was extremely helpful and friendly at all times.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. It was exactly as shown in the photos. It was close to numerous restaurants, night life options, and water options. It is a wonderful central location in Simpson Bay. There is gate security that added an extra level of comfort. Larger towels and beach towels were supplied. The unit was very peaceful and quiet at night as well. I would highly recommend this unit and hope to stay here again in the future. Tanguy (or his mother) were very responsive on the couple of occasions that we had any questions.

Villa Bora is a beautiful villa with spectacular views . The hosts makes the stay so comfortable. We have stayed here before and we are never disappointed.

My friends and I had an amazing stay in Maia’s apartment. The views were immaculate. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was so peaceful that some of us often fell asleep on the balcony. Maia and her team were very responsive when we had questions. The desk attendants at the property were so kind and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again and am already planning my next trip.

Great space. Great communication with host. Definitely rent a car if you stay here, as it’s about 10 minutes to the nearest restaurant/beach (except for the Indigo Bay beach restaurant, which was nice). Excellent time overall!

love this place. It's a great location with nearby restaurants, markets, and Kim Sha beach, which is a 7 minute walk. My favorite thing about this air bnb is the safety. There is a guard that let's you into the property every time. I felt at peace sleeping here. I took advantage of the property's pools, which are nice and have great views. Overall, a great stay! Random thing to note: there is no TV in the bedroom upstairs.
