Although there isn't much room to roam on the property itself, there is access to the Pere Marquette Rail Trail only a short drive North. Listen to the flowing water of the Chippewa River only 100 feet from the deck and hear the bird songs of a variety of species while enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon beverages. If your lucky you may catch a glimpse of any number of different wildlife living along this stretch of river.

Secluded Lake House Getaway

House has four bedrooms each with queen beds as well as a kids room with 3 sets of twin bunk beds - entire house is newly remodeled. It's the only house on 3rd Lake. You can use the pontoon (extra charge and 3 day notice needed) and take it to both 1st and 2nd Lakes or you can take the kayaks or row boat (with trolling motor) to any of the six lakes which are all connected and tie to the Flat River. Perfect place for a peaceful, relaxing getaway.

Nestled in a small cove on a large lake, this lakefront cottage includes 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat and dock from May through October (weather permitting). It has a private beach and 66' of shoreline. Plus an elevated front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus twin daybed in semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

Plus a backyard vernal pond that's completely surrounded by woodlands which provides extreme privacy and access to nature.
