A great place to stay which ticked all our boxes. Good parking , peaceful area , good size rooms , lovely garden. A short drive to Cleethorpes, going through lovely villages to get there. Deborah was great with answering my questions . Definitely will return

We had a lovely stay here with my family (8 adults/4 couples, 1 toddler & 2 dogs - there was an extra fee for the second dog). It was spacious and very clean and tidy, with a lovely large dining table and comfortable sofas. Each couple had their own room and bathroom, with more space than we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and includes children’s plates and a high chair. Very close to the seafront and town, easy to park on the street. We are hoping to visit again next year!

Wow, what can I say. This beautiful little gem of a place is just so fabulous. Situated in a tiny village ( one pub and general store) you get to appreciate the space and quiet around you. The house has a fabulous garden to relax in, with a lovely decked eating area. Very dog friendly too ( my spaniel loved the garden) The accommodation was clean, stylish and cosy. The bed was super comfy and the mezzanine gave a different view of the chapel. Cressida was always available and responsive, giving recommendations for places to eat. However, kings Lynn is just down the road ( by car) and there’s plenty to do there plus all supermarkets etc. just such a fabulous stay. I’m looking forward to coming again in the autumn months, so I can light that lovely coal fire. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Everything we needed and more ❤️

What can I say…. Other than what a beautiful lovely little gem of a place this is to stay at. It was exactly what we needed for the situation we were in. Everything was beautifully presented and perfectly fitting for a quiet little retreat. The surrounding area is gorgeous and the place itself so quiet and tranquil. I can’t thank the hosts anymore for providing such a great little place to stay, and at a fantastic value for money!

Catherine is beyond a super host, we had everything we could possibly need and more. A condiments draw so we don’t need to worry about what we forgot! Hand cream, tissues, plenty of toilet roll and dishwasher tablets. Every kitchen utensil you could ever need. A welcome pack that was so very welcome. Good sized towels and plenty of them. Catherine is the hostess I would aspire to be if I did Airbnb! When we needed anything she responded so quickly and the property is so beautiful. Close to the seaside, wrapped by countryside and the garden is a dream, our dogs absolutely loved it as much as we did. I can not recommend higher, and I am a serial Airbnber!! Thank you 😊

Fantastic place for a short weekend, within short walking distances to a supermarket, pubs, restaurants, the beach, and funfair. House had everything we needed and for a great price. Definitely recommend.

Great house to stay in for families or small groups. Superbly equipped with absolutely everything you needed. Excellent location. Extremely comfortable beds and linen that smelt fresh. Cozy living room to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. Pool table great addition (although photo slightly deceiving on size of it) Beautiful church pew for additional seating, although would question if needed as when playing pool you needed to put dining chairs somewhere which made it a little cramped. Was great to be able to take the dog and feel relaxed as the garden was secure and the baby gate on the stairs meant no little sneaky adventures were to be had. Christine and co were the perfect hosts…absolutely all information and questions were covered before arrival, checked in to make sure we were settled, and then left us in peace (without sounding rude lol) Recommended to anyone/any age (might just point out that stairs are quite steep) Thank you 🤩

I had to book a last minute trip and this was the perfect location, I was blown away at the location and thought this was great value for money immediately! It was such a nice touch being provided breakfast and tea to make and it was really what I needed after some long busy days. I’d recommend this as a perfect place to stay when visiting the Lincoln area and surroundings.

Peta’s lovely flat was a perfect place to stay for our family wedding at Aswarby Rectory. Peta was quick to respond to our messages, offering good advice on places to eat and taxis etc. The flat was warm, clean and well equipped, we enjoyed sitting chatting in the beautiful lounge. We didn’t stay long enough to make use of the lovely garden. There’s plenty of space to park two cars. Just across the road is Tablez bistro, thoroughly recommend their breakfasts. Many thanks Peta.

Jimmy was extremely helpful from start to finish from when I first booked it to the day of me leaving. Photos really don’t do justice to how beautiful the apartment is! Close to everything that’s needed for a break away at the seaside with friends or family. Will definitely be rebooking!

A very nice flat in a quiet location. Clean, fresh and well equipped. Everything worked as expected. The internet was very stable and fast enough for my easy tasks such as reading documents and messaging. Would definitively stay again.

We had a great stay at Mark's place, excellent value for money and perfectly situated a very short walk from the beach, pier and arcades as well as being close to the Cleethorpes town centre. Mark was very communicative and was very helpful, providing extra bedding when we requested it on the same day. We would definitely recommend to friends/family and we will definitely be staying here again.

A lovely little place with lovely hosts. The place is decorated really nicely, very clean, the whole site was lovely and the little enclosed garden was so nice to sit in when the sun was shining. Owners dogs can be a bit barky at times, which if you're in the annex attached to their house, is quite loud, but we're dog people so it didn't hugely bother us and didn't last too long. We'd definitely stay again!

I have stayed in Kelly's accommodation before, my friends absolutely loved Kelly's accommodation and would definitely stay again.

Had the most relaxing stay at this beautiful place, sad to he home. the apartment was lovely and very homely with everything you need and more, Its a nice short walk into the town centre, the area is so peaceful and calming and everyone is so friendly, lots of nice walks close by for the doggies. The hosts have put alot of effort into creating a welcome pack to help you get to know the area and what's close by. Thank you so much would 100% recommend

Wonderful apartment. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Very comfortable bed. Lovely extra touches to make you feel welcome such as milk in fridge, croissants, bubbly. Super responsive host.

Lovely flat well furnished and laid out. Everything you need for a stay to explore the area. Tesco Express next door, local amenities and places to eat close by, beach 20-30 minutes walk away and bus stop over the road. Would definitely stay again :)

We had a fantastic few days at Mayfield. Sue was a great host, always quick to respond and very helpful. Mayfield was extremely comfortable and everything was top quality. The conservatory and back garden are a real haven of tranquillity and made for a really peaceful and relaxing few days. Sue had left us lots of little extras and there was a fabulous selection of teas too! It was an easy, short walk into Oakham which was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sue’s place.

We stayed at this house as an opportunity to meet up with friends at short notice. The host was extremely helpful from the moment we booked, super responsive, answering all of my questions, provided good recommendations for food and drink locally and the house was clean and well presented. It was the perfect place to have a catch up with friends, super chilled, ample parking and a 10 minute walk into the town. Would highly recommend. Thank you 😊

We stayed a year ago but liked it so much we went back again!! The place is still pristine! You can also buy drinks downstairs and taste up with you. Kitchen really well equipped. Lots of treats left for us. Exceptionally clean!
