S gornjeg kata kuće, gdje se nalaze dvije spavaće sobe sa vlastitim kupaonicama, sa terase se pruža veličanstven i otvoreni pogled na Kvarnerski zaljev. Skladan interijer pruža osjećaj ugode i smirenosti.

Casa "Quieto" u središtu mirne i ugodne prirode

Udobna kuća sa bazenom smještena je u podnožju srednjovjekovnog grada Motovuna, u blizini rijeke Mirne. U osamljenom selu Benčići (udaljeno 5km od Motovuna) u kojem se nalaze samo 3 kuće, smjestila se i naša kuća pogodna za 6 osoba. Lokacija je potpuno okružena prirodom, a samim time i atmosfera je mirna i tiha. Postoje brojne biciklističke i pješačke staze, kao i povijesna željeznička ruta Parenzana. U kući Quieto doživjet ćete nezaboravne trenutke i uživati ​​u nevjerojatnim zalascima sunca.

Samostojeća kuća sagrađena 1890 godine potpuno je obnovljena za ugodan boravak u opuštajućem okruženju. Nalazi se na istočnoj obali Istre, u mirnom selu udaljenom 15 km od Labina i najbliže zračne luke Pula 45 km. U produžetku terase nalazi se privatni bazen s uređenom plažom s 8 ležaljki i 3 suncobrana. Casa Iria pruža prekrasan pogled na more od kojeg je udaljena 1,5 km. Najbliža trgovina i restoran udaljeni su 2 km u autokampu Tunarica, gdje također imate mogućnost najma kajaka, pedalina.

Our rustic house, exactly 100 years old, has been lovingly restored and thoughtfully designed in a modern style, while preserving its authentic Istrian character. For us, it is not just a house, but a place filled with stories, warmth, and soul — a place we are happy to share with you. Surrounded by nature, with a private pool and close to the sea, it is perfect for families and their pets. Casa Molá

This unique place has a style of it's own, just renovated in 2024 from an old 1926 Istrian type stone house. The house features old-meets-new modern style dominated by local stone, concrete, oak and steel. For 2025 the house will be equiped with stunning black tile perimeter pool that overflows to all four sides. Casa Molá is located in a quiet area mostly surrounded by few houses and mostly nature, accessible to local natural pebble beach in just a 10-minute easy walk through a pine forest.
