Living room with wall of glass doors that opens to large deck. Cozy up by the gas fireplace or unwind in front of the TV. Kitchen provides space to cook and room for 6 to gather. In the spacious loft, you'll find a queen bed, walk-in closet, and 3/4 bath with tub. Park-like yard features dock and firepit.

Double doors lead out over a catwalk to the elevated boat deck with diving board. 11ft cantilever rotating umbrella can cover the hot tub and fire pit table.
