Janell's place for beautiful and my family loved the stay. I had a memorable stay and enjoyed every moment I spent. My daughter wanted me to buy the house :D The house is tranquil & calm. We spotted deer in the yard! Janell was very communicative and helped us store medicines in her fridge post checkout so we could visit Skagit Valley. I am looking forward to come back again sometime to relive the memories and I genuinely loved my time.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! My partner and I didn’t just rent an Airbnb we rented an experience. It’s something we’ll carry with us, and we’ll definitely be back for more. The place smelled fresh and clean, and it was clear the hosts put so much thought into every detail to make guests feel comfortable. Truly an unforgettable and honoring experience.

This house is at a decent location. Lake front house with a nice view across big windows. Big sized deck was nice to just sit outside with friends.

Melanie was a wonderful host and provided a bottle of wine for our evening! the decore felt very lakeside and had a welcoming touch. very nice people and the private dock is well needed on any lake stay!

This place was truly amazing and very clean ! The host was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I’ve been to many Airbnbs before, but this is the first time I was this impressed. I even extended my stay because I loved it so much. Hank made the whole trip even better — he was wonderful to deal with and really made me feel at home. The view was absolutely beautiful, and everything about the experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely love to come back again! Soon😍

A lovely lake house under beautiful NW trees. Amazing views and access to the lake with sitting areas in the yard and on the deck with a pristine hot tub. The house had roomy sitting areas, great kitchen with all the kitchenware and appliances you need, convenient laundry room with washer and dryer. A woodsy hideaway but super close to shopping, restaurants, and the highway. Thank you for a great stay and we hope to return!

We just had the most relaxing and memorable stay at Rick’s property. The amount of love he’s poured into his place and the ways he intentionally makes you feel cared for as a guest are so special and rare. From the moment we connected to meeting him in person, we’ve never had a more generous and kind host (and I say this as a well-traveled, frequent AirBnB guest). Rick’s place is immaculately clean. He has thought of every detail and even treated us to snacks, wine, and more which were truly above and beyond. From luggage racks to extra blankets to quality pillows to having a fan (my husband needs white noise to sleep), we were so impressed! The views and sunset are absolutely stunning and Rick’s place lets in a ton of natural light, while still respecting your privacy. My review doesn’t do the property or Rick’s hosting justice, but all of this is to say that we had an amazing stay and are already planning our return! I wish we could this 10 stars! Spent 10 nights as a solo writing retreat (with my wife joining me on the weekend). Perfect for this even in mid-November. Super livable small home, south-facing right on the lake, two lakeside wall almost all windows, so daylight was beautiful. Thought it might be cold inside in November but the house is snug; heats up nicely and there are no drafts. Brad and Lisa are excellent hosts: quick to respond, helpful and friendly. It’s abundantly clear how much they love the place. Lots of small but nice touches. And then there’s the lake. We stayed here in warm weather before and enjoyed swimming, paddle boarding and rowing. But even in cold weather the lake is a treat. Ducks, loons, sunrise sparkles, evening sunsets. I have only good things to say.

This was a repeat stay @ this lovely, spacious, and cozy bungalow. Great amenities like soft fluffy towels, comfy bedding, handmade soaps and nice bath /shower gels, gives a feeling of a stay at a private resort. So quiet except for a pair of owls hooting in the tall trees around the home. We were given great recommendations for restaurants, and I especially appreciated the owners checking in with us to see if we needed anything. We loved our stay in the charming town of Langely on Whidbey Island, and highly recommend this airbnb as a fabulous stay.
