10 km north of Norrköping . Proximity to, Kolmården zoo, Astrid Lindgrens Värld ca 12 mil, bathing lakes, fishing (boat, kayaks available) hiking & cycling trails, Yxbacken (Skis). The cottage there is a bedroom with a doublebed & sofa bed for 2 people in the livingroom. There is additional room for 2p in the guesthouse. Holiday home close to beautiful lake

Only one hour’s drive by car from Stockholm (35 min from Stockholm Skavsta Airport) you find this calm and relaxing place where peace of nature is easy to find. Perched on a small hillside where the wind rarely blows this house offers a serene getaway. Go for a swim at the lake just a few hundred meters away or just relax on the spacious deck. The place is equally beautiful in winter when you can curl up with a book by the fire or connect with nature from the veranda.

Hyr denna ljuvliga stuga som ligger på en liten höjd med havet som granne. Totalrenoverad enplanshus med fullt utrustat kök, vardagsrum med öppen spis och TV med chromecast och apple-tv, två sovrum och badrum. Uteplats med tak och infravärme med fin utsikt över hästgård och hav. Stugan ligger avskilt och insynsskyddat från grannar. Värdparet bor endast 100 meter därifrån. På gården finns hästar, hundar, katter och höns.

Ideally located just 25 minutes from Stockholm Skavsta Airport, 1 h 20 min from Stockholm and 5 minutes from the ocean. Very close to beautiful hiking trails and forrest. Suitable for relaxing times all year around.
