The Pool House

“The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house & pool for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

Our property is not only family friendly but welcomes your small furry friend (one pet - strictly under 10kg) to join in on the family fun. Located on the water's edge, our cozy little gem offers a picturesque setting perfect for fishing, kayaking and boating with your very own small boat ramp, the two bedroom unit offers a living area, and a well-equipped kitchen to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Inala Wilderness Retreat

Inala, which means peaceful place, is the perfect escape. Nestled on 7 acres of native bushland, this architect designed home boasts complete privacy and commands spectacular views across to the Barrington Tops through its extensive North facing windows. Featuring open plan living with polished timber floors and vaulted ceiling the feeling is relaxed, bright and spacious and the perfect antidote to a hectic life. We have 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, one which splits into two singles.

Top floor guest suite

Enjoying sweeping views over Salamander Bay and out to Boondabah Island, this upstairs king bed guest suite is 300m from the beach. This suite is all brand new (2023 construction) and has open plan lounge and dining area, ensuite, walk-in robe and expansive terrace. Kitchen facilities include sink, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave. Street parking is available out front. Centrally located 5 mins drive to Salamander Bay Shopping Centre and 5 mins to Nelson Bay Marina.

The Cottage - Berry House

Nestled among heritage gardens on 5 acres near Morpeth in the Hunter Valley, this gorgeous cottage is part of the Berry House Estate built in 1857. Cosy up, unwind or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool, sauna, explore the gardens, collect farm fresh eggs, feed the chickens & sheep or just chill. Delightful spot for kids. Dogs welcome on request.

Swansea Heads Hideaway

Sitting on a bluff opposite ocean reserve Swansea Heads Hideaway is a cosy light-filled 60s beach house with ocean, lake and mountain views. Gorgeous, swimmable ocean and channel beaches are less than 10 minutes walk away from the cottage. HighTide is a purpose built apartment and is relatively new to the holiday rental market. The locals refer to our beach as Little Salamander Beach and because of the beautiful white sand, calm water, paperbark trees and amazing sunsets all year through, we are the envy of many people who continually return to our patch of paradise. The main residence, where owners live, is waterfront and is on one of the most sought after stretches of sandy beach.

Enjoy our calming light-filled studio retreat nestled on the second story among the treetops of the local gum trees in Soldiers Point Port Stephens, perfect for 1-2 adults. Newly built in 2023 on our property located on a private and serene street, backing onto the very special Soldiers Point Reserve - home to an abundance of bird life and koalas - you will hear the laughing of kookaburras throughout the day.
