Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Our home is situated a 20 min drive (buses run every 10 minutes) from Stockholm City Centre, in the beautiful and green neighbourhood Nacka/Saltsjö-Duvnäs - a place were land meets the archipelago. Welcome to my place! This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit to Stockholm. Located in Old Råsunda, “Swedens Hollywood”, where Ingmar Bergman (famous Swedish director) shot many of his films. The area also has many exquisite restaurants, wine bars and cafés and is only a few minutes (by foot) from Friends Arena as well as Mall of Scandinavia, Northern Europes largest indoor mall with excellent shopping opportunities.

Stor villa m sjöutsikt i Sigtuna

Charmig villa med sjöutsikt ett stenkast från centrum, endast 5 minuters promenadavstånd från Sigtunas pittoreska gågata. Huset är väldigt rymligt med 4 sovrum + 1 sovrum i gäststuga med anslutning till huset och erbjuder gott om plats för både familj och vänner. Både hus och tomt med stor terass är fullt möblerad, 50 meter från egen brygga som har badplats. I huset finns både bastu samt en öppen spis och två kakelugnar som förgyller vistelsen.

Boutique Design- perfect location..

A contemporary and cosy house with panorama windows, the nature is the art. And cheaper to rent- then the nearest Hosel (based on 4p) Have a barbecue on the deck, or go for a swim in the lake or sea close by. Enjoy your stay at this house- who are close to the city, but in the middle of serenity.. We expect to find the house in the same clean condition as we left it.

Vackert belägen villa i naturskön skärgårdsmiljö. Strålande havsutsikt från vardagsrum och två terrasser. Sovrum på två plan med tillhörande badrum. Ca 40 min m pendeltåg t Stockholm. Stor terrass med grill och sittplats för 6 pers. Öppen spis i kök. 7 min promenad till sandstrand. 3 min till brygga med badstege. ( allmän).
