This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Comfortable 2 room apartment, 15 minutes from central Stockholm, Stockholm Uni, Karolinska and Danderyds hospital. Right next to recreational forrest trails, golf course, bike tracks and beautiful lake Edsviken. Perfect for commuters, travellers and couples looking for a central location in a beautiful setting with excellent communications. The apartment is a separate with privat entrance, located in my flat, with free parking & wifi, close to shopping and Metro at Mörby C.

Cosy cottage, 150m to private jetty. Option to hire the floating sauna with roof terrace and lounge area for an additional fee. Short trips on the lake can also be arranged (weather dependent). Activities available by request: fishing, paddle board, water skiing, kayaking, sailing. The cottage is set in Rävsta nature reserve, 4km from historic town of Sigtuna, easily reached by bicycle or short walk. The airport is conveniently only 20 mins and Stockholm City, 40 mins.

You will have the whole bottom floor in my wonderful villa in Duvbo, all to yourself with your own entrance and access to the back of our garden. Duvbo is a beautiful little place with houses from the 19th century, just strolling around in the area with two lakes close by is an experience. It is close to Stockholm city, 14 min with subway, 8 minutes by pendeltåg-train, 15-20 minutes with bus or car. I always bicycle to downtown Stockholm which takes 20-25 minutes.

Nyrenoverad 3:a med balkong med 6 sängplatser i Årsta med närhet till flera trevliga restauranger, caféer och mataffär. Här finns även natursköna Årstaviken med utegym, löpspår och promenadstråk med utsikt över Södermalm. Det finns goda kommunikationer med buss/pendeltåg/spårvagn restid till Södermalm cirka15 min och city är cirka 20 min.
