Our custom-built Hobbit Home is nestled under the forest floor on a 10 acre site. A bench swing adorns the hillside along the huge boulder fire pit and outdoor picnic area. The inside of the 185 sq.ft. structure is one-of-a-kind, with a Poplar tree bark ceiling, wavy cedar walls, and a wood cookie wall. A queen sized bed with linens and pillows comfortably sleeps two, and a comfy pull out couch can sleep two children under 12 or one teen or adult. A wood stove makes it cozy in the cold months.

So nice and peaceful, but minutes away from many restaurants, stores, Egypt Valley CC, Blythefield CC, Meijer Gardens, Cornerstone University, Calvin University, downtown Grand Rapids and the new Acrisure Amphitheater. The property is situated on spacious property near walking trails/parks. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, hot plate including pots and pans, toaster and keurig. This is a very light, bright and cozy place to stay!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 2 Bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining room, and washer/dryer on site. Living room has fold out couch for sleeping 2 extra for a total of 6 people. There is an office area between the kitchen and the dining area that can be used if you need to get some work done while at the location.
