The property consists of an owner occupied main house and separately, two self catering cottages which share one common wall and a driveway. The cottage is well equipped, with wifi, Compact DSTV and it’s ideal for visiting academics, tourists wanting a central base, and for guests wanting to be in the Helderberg area. Perfect for long or short stays.

You’ll love my place because of the sea view, its tranquility, the garden, and its central location close to Cape Town Airport and the Winelands. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. My place is very good for couples as well as solo adventurers and - if you don’t mind sharing one open space with everyone - even for small families (with kids).

Plenty of wine estates for tasting /meals (Lourensford & Vergelegen only 5 minutes away). Many hiking trails & MTB trails within walking/cycling distance. My place is good for couples , adventurers, business travelers.
