Words cannot express our stay at Monte Cielo. Our family had a great time and enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. The view from the deck was amazing. Don Alfonso was very helpful and was a great coffee tour guide. Coffee was also delicious. 1 thing to add is to make sure you go towards the town of Ataco to get to the home. Overall a great experience for our family. Thank you to Milagro and her team for an awesome time. Hope to be back someday.

I will like to say I don’t usually write reviews but this was such an amazing experience I will like to thank Karolina for assisting me and helping us with all our needs we used all services from the food amazing freshly organic food and all additional services from the smallest to the biggest the guys who served our food and did our errands are amazing always there to help and assist and make sure we were in good hands it was 10 of us traveled from NEW YORK between kids adults and the house is just like the picture well kept very clean and I definitely recommend anyone looking at this house to book this and you will have no regrets I will 100% be back the beach is clean we created memories that will forever in our hearts FOREVER thankful Be back soon Thank You KAROLINA

This place was perfect for our family. We were able to enjoy our own private dock through the day and enjoyed our own private pool. Yamileth and Jonathan were wonderful. Any questions we had they were both very attentive and met our needs. Thank you so much for a great stay and hopefully be back soon.

Lugar muy acogedor, con un jardín excelente. La cabaña es pequeña pero ideal para 4-5 personas. Las hamacas con la vista al jardín montañas son espectaculares. La cocina tiene los utensilios básicos en buen estado. Los baños limpios y amplios. Es un buen lugar para desconectar y relajarse.

Desde el primer momento, Rosy y David demostraron ser unos anfitriones excepcionales: amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a hacer que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. ¡Su calidez humana realmente hizo la diferencia! La cabaña es un refugio de paz con una vista INSUPERABLE al Lago de Coatepeque—despertar cada mañana con ese paisaje fue un regalo. El ambiente es totalmente relajado, ideal para desconectar y disfrutar de la naturaleza en su máxima expresión. Nuestros hijos quedaron encantados explorando el entorno: pudieron conocer árboles frutales como zapote, aguacate, limón, ciruela, mamones y más. my family loved this location! we enjoyed the pool and all the outdoor space a lot. was a little confusing to find the first time around but after that was not bad at all! we also loved the new local restaurant that delivered food and drinks directly to the house that was a nice touch being that the house is a little remote! Overall 10/10 and def plan on staying here again!

Volvemos felices después de un fin de semana en casa de Jaime. Es un lugar ideal para familias con niños pequeños. Don José María fue muy atento y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar. Todo estaba impecable, los aires acondicionados funcionaban perfectamente, y la playa es hermosa. ¡Sin duda, regresaremos pronto!

We went with my family, and it is definitely a storybook house. It's nostalgic, comfortable, and cozy. You really don't need to go out because you can relax there. Mrs. Rosa, who takes care of the house, is incredibly attentive. She was always willing to help. We definitely recommend it, and we hope to return soon.

Location 10/10 absolutely beautiful beach and it almost felt like a private beach which was amazing. Salvador was excellent at providing help whenever needed, he was responsive. The pool is great, be aware it is pretty cold water but given that it is hot it was fine, nothing too unbearable. I loved the fact that it was pet friendly, we felt safe and had the opportunity to get local food from there which was nice. Definitely recommend to check out the ranch.

me encanto la estadía en el lugar, vale muchísimo la relación precio/lugar, a una cuadra del parque, todo cerca, y sobre todo un ambiente muy muy limpio, espacioso y seguro definitivamente volveré quedarme en este lugar, muchas gracias por hacer la estadía de mi familia un fin de semana espectacular

JUAN TOOK TIME TO PROVIDE ME ACOMODSTION EVEN THOUGH IT WAS FOR A LATE CHECK-IN WITH NOT SO MUCH NOTICE. THE HOME WAS READY ON A TIMELY MANNER SPOTLESS LIKE ALWAYS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JUANS PLACE WHILE TRAVELING THE AREA. THIS IS MY SECOND STAY. AND THERE WILL BE MORE IN THE FUTURE DEFINITELY. THANK YOU.
