Stunning sea views, perfect for group trips. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants, parks, shops and playground. Private jacuzzi, BBQ. The property is just five minutes walk from the the choice of two beaches. Fast wifi and TV with International channels. Shared communal pool (max. 5 adults access at a time per house, no restrictions for under 18 year old) with a lifeguard in the summer. Access to another pool with no restrictions, 2 mins drive away, which is also open in the winter.

Beautiful villa in the best location in Marbella: 4 minutes driving or 20 minutes walking to Puerto Banus and its beautiful beach, 100 meters from the big supermarket Mercadona and many restaurants and pubs, and next to a bus stop. Private and quiet, it has a garden and swimming pool with a nice view of the surrounding mountains.
