Très bel appartement, au calme, bien placé, et hôte accueillante. Tout est réuni pour passer un bon séjour. Je recommande.

This was a great place in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and slept well. The shower had good pressure but was a bit small. WiFi was hit or miss but was fast when it was working. Overall a great place to base your Venice adventure from!

The apartment lived up to our expectations. It was very comfortable and an easy stroll to either the #2 vaporetto at Zattere or the Accademia stop on the Grand Canal for the number 1 or 2. The best route from the bus station is to go to Zattere., because it will not be crowded and is faster and if you have luggage there are ramps to walk up on the two bridges. The entrance way, like a lot of Venetian houses, is dark and unfinished, but there is a light. The 13 stairs up to the apartment have a handrail. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed our stay n this quiet part of Venice.

Das Appartement ist super ausgestattet, äusserst sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist top, in ruhiger und grüner Umgebung sowie weg vom Massentourismus. Absolut zu empfehlen für Besucher, welche Venedig erkunden möchten. Die Gastgeberin Donatella hat und persönlich abgeholt und war vor und während dem Aufenthalt immer erreichbar. Gerne kommen wir wieder und empfehlen das Appartement weiter!

We had a great 4-ni stay in this very nice, upscale, spacious apt located in the San Marco area. It is very close to the S. Angelo vaporetto dock, and also just steps away from a traghetto dock to cross to the S Palo area. The owners helped us arrange a water taxi to/from the train station to the S Angelo dock, which is a nice way to arrive/depart if you want to avoid a potentially crowded water bus w/suitcases. The apt is an easy walk to Piazza S Marco and the Doge’s Palace. And it is close to Ponte dell’Academia to get to Dorsoduro. In the US, we would call this type of home a “split level”; one bedroom on the main level, a 2nd bedroom down a few stairs, and a 3rd that is a few steps up. The 2 bathrooms are located near the lower and upper bedrooms. There is a small elevator to get to the apt from ground level (helpful with suitcases). The beds were comfortable and large, the bathrooms are modern and well-equipped, the kitchen and living area, also quite nice. Highly recommended!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Nous avons été bien accueilli et l’hôte nous a aidé de façon active. Autant pour notre arrivée, pour notre départ mais aussi pour les activités et restaurants. Le loyer correspond très bien aux photos. Nous recommandons fortement.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The apartment is spacious and offers a nice balcony with a view onto the laguna. We would definitely stay there again.

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

Pamela was very delightful. My dad and his girlfriend stayed at her place and she met us at the train station and personally escorted them. She was extremely patient. Lovely woman and her place was exactly as described. Would recommend

Very friendly hosts. The apartment was cozy, new and clean. The location couldn’t have been better! We appreciated the chess game and guide books. It was the perfect place for our stay.

We had a great stay at cozy house, the location was perfect for us as it’s right between the Giardini and Arsenale for the biennale. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags in the house and return later at check in which was so helpful. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked with essentials like oil, salt, and pepper. There were also some coffee pods and breakfast snacks for the first day. Each room also had an AC unit! The living area is slightly darker than we anticipated and unfortunately there was no tv but this was communicated to us prior and we were out exploring most of the time. Responsive hosts.

We had a fantastic stay in a beautiful environment that was near the water taxi stop and walkable to all of the key, city attractions with multiple choices to eat. The property was exactly what we needed for a few days in the city and the descriptions were accurate. Bed was comfortable and the space was perfect for the 3 of us. We highly recommend to stay here as it was an enjoyable experience.

We had a wonderful holiday in Beatrice’s place. It is perfectly positioned in a quiet part of Venice but, as with everywhere in Venice, it was easy to walk anywhere we wanted to go. The vaporetto stop is very close by. There are nice little bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Beatrice was a very responsive host. She actually came to meet us when we arrived at the vaporetto stop and showed us the way to the flat. The flat itself was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. I would certainly stay there again. In fact, I am already booked in for next year. Thank you, Beatrice.

Excellent séjour en famille à 4 chez Barbara, quartier étudiant très sympathique et authentique. Appartement bien chauffé pour l'hiver, très agréable et cosy. Lumineux avec un grand Velux. Lits très confortables Cuisine petite mais bien équipée pour cuisiner. Supermarché et épiceries proches pour faire les courses. Vaporetto 2 sur le quai à quelques minutes à pied. Presque direct pour San Marco. On peut explorer Venise facilement et se promener dans les petites ruelles, les ponts et places autour de l'appartement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Attention, si vous avez des problèmes locomoteurs: Escalier raide et étroit pour acceder au logement.

Mini appartamento prenotato all'ultimo momento, corrispondente a foto e descrizione. Marco molto gentile e disponibile, estremamente rapido nelle risposte. Soggiorno piacevole con l'unico consiglio di sostituire rete e materasso, troppo morbido, ma comunque confortevole.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is amazing - so easy to get to from the bus station or airport waterbus. Very quiet at night but loads to do in the area and less touristy. But also very close to the key spots and places to visit. The flat is spacious, clean, comfortable and also has a co-op store nearby. Great hosts, really responsive and friendly with great suggestions for places to eat out and visit. Brilliant gelateries and restaurants nearby. Flat has everything you will need.

El apartamento está impecable, muy limpio y equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Venecia. La localización es muy buena, cerca de Fondamente Nove, lo que facilita mucho la conexión con el aeropuerto y con las islas, evitando tener que cargar con el equipaje por toda la ciudad. Además, la atención de Andrea fue excelente en todo momento. Incluso después del check out, cuando nos dimos cuenta de que habíamos dejado un móvil dentro, vino enseguida a ayudarnos y gracias a su rapidez pudimos llegar a tiempo al aeropuerto. Sin duda, lo recomiendo.

Mirko war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns total wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war super sauber, schön groß und einfach perfekt gelegen, ideal für unseren Urlaub. Besonders toll war Mirkos Herzlichkeit: Er hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit und würden sofort wiederkommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung mit ganz viel Dankbarkeit.

Appartement très bien placé, en dehors de la zone touristique mais tout se fait facilement en moins de 10 min à pied. Arrivée autonome, sans difficulté, possibilité de se faire déposer en gondole à 10 m de l’appartement. Appartement propre et fonctionnel.

Andrea was so kind and welcomed us at the vaporetto station near the apartment. He gave clear instructions and explained clearly how to get in the apartment and use the doors/lights. While there are a lot of stairs, the location and space in the apartment is worth it. The 2 bed 2 bathroom was very roomy with a lovely balcony. Andrea is very responsive and gave us local recommendations.

This is a lovely retreat from the crowds and bustle of the city. Beside a little canal, the views have greenery and it is in a vibrant little neighborhood with grocery, restaurants and community. It was an easy walk to main sites and other neighborhoods. It looks just like the pictures and hosts are very friendly and communicative.

Host have fast response. Room has nice view. Clean.
