It is set up as a studio, with a comfortable queen bed, small kitchenette, Amazon Fire TV w/ Amazon Prime, High-Speed Wifi, full bathroom, & electronic keypad entry. This cottage has one shared wall with the main house, but is a separate dwelling with its own entrance & no shared facilities. This space can also be booked with sister cottages on the property if needed. Luggage storage available.

Lovely Nook with Noon check-in and 6PM check-out

Check-in as early as Noon and check-out as late as 6PM. Independent suite with private entrance from the street. Great location in a classic Austin neighborhood, near SoCo and main highways. Stay in a clean and quiet suite with a super comfy queen-size bed. It features a mini living room with a 50" HD TV, closet, private bathroom, adjustable desk and chair, mini fridge, microwave, on-street parking, and ground-level entrance. Restaurants, groceries, and a pharmacy are within a 15-minute walk.

This is a newly renovated garage turned into a modern and beautiful studio. This space is completely private from the main house, with a private entrance and cozy patio. It can sleep 3 people, although the space would be a little tight for 3 adults. There is a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a full sized, or option to separate into 2 twins. Free Wifi, free parking, very close car ride to downtown Austin but in a quiet and safe neighborhood! Please see map!

Studio SoCo, St Edwards, COTA, Austin 78704

Studio SoCo is a one room studio with full shower bath and kitchenette. The two twin beds can be separate or pushed together by request. In the kitchenette there is a sink, microwave and medium sized fridge. The 45" Smart Tv has cable and internet access. Just a note before your stay, we recently acquired new neighbors. You may encounter, on any given weekend night, the sounds of college age festivities. Most nights are quite but there can be some unexpected noise from time to time.
