Newly renovated home and GREAT for a family vacation to create some wonderful memories. Driveway, 47 feet long, is large enough for boat parking. The property is located in a family friendly neighborhood with a private beach used only by the neighborhood residents and guests . The park area features a picnic area, full basketball court, playground equipment, fishing, beautiful views of Lake Erie and it's just one small block away for your enjoyment. Updated 3rd floor condo in the Waterfront Condos. You have access to a private beach, pool, hot tub (ages 10 and up may use), and playground. The condo is 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and a sunroom with a beautiful view. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room and another sleeper sofa in the sunroom. So the condo can sleep 5. Linens, towels, pillows, and blankets are provided. *Condo is on the 3rd floor and there is not an elevator, only stairs. Beach/pool/hot tub are seasonal.

Wall Street inn

Beautiful apartment on lake erie. The entrance is on the south side, but your trip to the lake at the back of the house is only feet away. Absolutely gorgeous views and the deck is for you and those traveling with you to enjoy - possibly sharing with the owners, Carol and Randy, who love sitting on the deck also! There is a fire pit to help out on cool evenings but remember, it is lake erie, so sweatshirts and jackets are always helpful to have around for chilly evenings.
