Mulberry Cabin is conveniently located halfway between Charleston and the capital city of Columbia in Rowesville, SC. Please note the cabin is located in a small town, not in the country. Rowesville is 11 minutes from the beautiful Edisto Memorial Gardens in Orangeburg. Orangeburg has many restaurants, Wal-Mart, and a Starbucks near I-26. Columbia is about an hour away. Charleston is about 75 minutes away. Enjoy a break from Wi-Fi as you watch a DVD and relax in a 130 year old rustic cabin.

The Boathouse

We call it the Boathouse, but it could just as easily be called the treehouse. It sits just feet from a tidal creek amidst giant live oak trees. A short dock is right outside the door, so bring your kayaks or other small craft. Although cozy, it offers everything a simple cottage should. Shem Creek is minutes away, as are the beaches. Enjoy the farm experience or a quiet getaway in our cozy cottage! Designed for maximum coziness at only 192 sq ft, it's the perfect place to get away. While designed for two, we can provide an additional twin mattress. The kitchenette includes a compact fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. The queen size bed next to the fireplace is the perfect place to watch a movie or read a book, or enjoy coffee and sunsets from the rocking chairs on the wraparound porch. We hope to see you soon!
