it is very centrally-located, its a very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with large comfortable corner couch and air mattress if required. every conceivable amenity is within 2 minutes walk. a myriad of restaurants and bars in this highly gentrified area of Old Dublin. minutes walk from the Jameson distillery and a 10-minute walk to the Guinness storehouse. this south-facing apartment is great to enjoy the beauty of old Dublin's rooftops. no task lists no worries

Our fourth floor apartment is a little haven in the city. With windows lining both sides of the apartment, this place is full of light and always nice and quiet. The place is tastefully decorated with a comfortable bedroom with a queen sized bed, sofa bed in the living room, large dining table and chairs, comfortable living area and balcony too. The apartment is in the heart of Dublin 8, one of Dublin's most charming and trendy areas.

Conveniently located a bus stop 3 minutes away on Kimmage Road West with regular buses to city center. The Ashleaf shopping mall is a 10 minute walk with a great Dunnes Stores supermarket, free parking. 5 minutes if you take short cut through park) Lorcann O Toole is next door with a kiddie’s playground and nice walks 🌳

Clean, private and spacious self-contained space, suit couple. About 20 mins walk to O'Connell Street. Fully fitted bathroom, kitchen/living room, separate double bedroom. Near shops, pubs, and public transport. Suit quiet, non-smoking couple. Very good public transport, including the newly extended tram. You can get a tram just a few minutes walk away from the flat and it's only 4 stops into O'Connell Street!
