Christine and Peter (delightful people) met us, guided us into the car park and showed us through the unit. This unit is at the back of the building, therefore well away from the traffic and trams on Glenferrie Road. Also, being on the ground floor it had a nice private garden and deck. All very conveniently located - 6 to 8 minutes gentle walk to supermarkets, cafes, shops and Glenferrie Station. Route 16 tram stop right out the front.

This is a home away from home in gorgeous surroundings. Christine is a generous, communicative host. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the open fire set for our first evening and breakfast ingredients left in the kitchen. This is a fabulous place to stay if you want to be close to Belgrave's amenities and stunning bush walks.

Deb's place is of the highest standard. It is a lovely apartment in a fantastic location. it was spotless and so comfortable. Deb was a brilliant host , so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend a stay in this lovely apartment. You won't be disappointed.

Was met by the owner at the premises. They are particular about their customers and following the communal rules which I like. The unit is better than it looks on the photos. The bed and pillows super comfortable and a lovely kitchen with and pleasant outdoor area surrounded by trees and greenery. I would recommend to stay here as I will stay again. Much better than hotel and a homely feel.

Fantastic 3 week for 4 people stay at this outstanding penthouse in Brunswick! The apartment is just minutes walk to the lively shops and cafes etc of Sydney Rd and in particular the local bakeries for breakfast supplies each morning . The location is very close to either the train or trams - literally 2 mins walk to either. The hosts are very responsive and everything was well managed. On arrival there was generous supplies of coffee pods and tea 's provided and a warm invitation to use any of kitchen supplies we needed during our stay. A personal favorite is that a soda stream was also provided (a small thing but always a delight !). The apartment is bright and airy (and just like the photographs) with a very large terrace space with loads of seating and comfy couches. The bedrooms had 'whisper quiet' air con units that made for great sleeps on those extra warm nights. The broadband speed is very fast. We would love to stay at this outstanding Penthouse apartment again.

The apartment was great - clean and comfortable - and walkable to plenty of cafes, restaurant etc. The noise from Revolver (the club next door) on the weekend was audible as clearly described, but was not overly loud, I slept through it just fine. Enjoyed my stay and the hosts were very friendly and responsive.

The house was delightful and really well appointed. The drawers and cupboards were filled with everything we needed, and more. The bathrooms were clean, white and functional. It was great to walk in both directions to the beach, and the shops and we loved the little lane that allowed a short cut to the front beach. We got a couple of 35 degree days so the aircon was really important and worked really well. The new blue towels and the crunchy white sheets were a treat too. We loved this house and we’d stay again.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Marg's place, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the communication was seamless, and Marg made us feel welcome with thoughtful touches that really made the stay feel special. The space was incredibly clean, comfortable, and exactly as described – it truly felt like a home away from home. Marg was attentive and I appreciated their quick responses to any questions I had. Julia and Marcus’ was exactly what we were looking for and delivered exactly what we needed. Beautiful home with a spacious kitchen and living area with a modern bathroom. All inclusions were great and communication was thorough and detailed for our stay. Portacot for our 6 month was perfect too! Thanks for having us all !

I had a wonderful stay at Angela's place! The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Angela was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. She provided clear instructions for everything in the apartment, which made it easy to settle in and feel at home from the start. The amenities included with the apartment were very useful and added to my comfort during the stay. Additionally, having a café nearby was a fantastic bonus, making it easy to grab my morning coffee. Beautiful apartment in a unique and vibrant part of Melbourne, and very easy to get into the city. Pete was truly an incredible host, offering clear instructions and plenty of advice on how to traverse the city for the Grand Prix, which made travelling a breeze. Highly recommended!
