This newly refurbished annexe is perfect for those visiting "The Wave", wanting to cycle on the numerous quiet country roads or simply walk to one of the many excellent village pubs that can be accessed via great countryside walks. 2 minute drive from Old Down Country park, 30 minute drive to Bristol city centre and Forest of Dean. Hello! Our home is in the vibrant and colourful area of Southville, just a short 15 minute walk from Bristol city centre. Southville is a very popular part of Bristol and home to Upfest, which is Europe’s biggest street art festival. The accommodation itself is a self-contained part of our home with its own private entrance. Inside, you’ll find a bright and spacious bedroom with en suite shower room. Directly beneath in the basement is a lounge area with kitchenette.

The Barn Annexe

A very light and airy lovely space - a new Simba standard double mattress which I believe is really comfortable. This is a peaceful location but very near to the Mall, the Wave and the Zoo and only 6 miles from town - a perfect nights sleep on a SIMBA mattress and supplied with large fluffy white towels and everything you need for a night away from home . We also have a new TV with iplayer and Netflix’s, new washing machine and a decent non stick frying pan.

Peaceful trio of rooms with garden view & parking

Trio of rooms which are part of our home, yet separate, where guests can relax and feel at home. Shops and restaurants are a few minutes’ walk away, but guests can prepare light meals at home if they prefer. We are a five minute drive from the M32 which in turn links up with the M4 and M5 motorways. There is parking on the property. Bristol Parkway station is a 10 minute drive away and we are served by buses to Bath, Parkway Station, and to the city centre.
