Our recently renovated four-storey Victorian property includes a lower-ground floor kitchen-diner with lounge area, downstairs toilet and bi-folds leading to a large sunny garden backing out onto Arnos Vale woods (loved by our Labrador, Mia). A ground floor living space with double sofa bed and log burner. Two comfortable first floor double bedrooms with a large bathroom. A top floor large double bedroom with walk in wetroom shower and toilet. Property sleeps 6 and an extra 2 on a sofa bed.

Bright & Spacious Family Townhouse - with Garden

Perfect for families or small groups looking for somewhere light and spacious to stay in Bristol. A homely space with plenty of character and charm. The house is situated in the peaceful neighbourhood of St Anne's, which is only 2 miles from the city centre and Bristol TM station. It is surrounded by greenery, with St Anne's Woods opposite and the back gate leading out to the St Annes Park. The local pub is around the corner and serves delicious food + craft ale.

Comfortable home in Bristol, easy access to Bath

My house is full of home from home style and character. I have a pretty garden you can sit in during the warmer months and you are welcome to use all the living areas and kitchen during your stay. This is my family home and it has a lot of charm, expect a good standard of cleanliness and the quirks of an old house but if you want a totally pristine 5-star hotel then this is not for you so please don't book. Located on easy routes between Bristol and Bath.

Ch4's Remarkable Renovations: 3-bed Georgian home

Featured on George Clarke's Remarkable Renovations season 2 Episode 4 this former shop has been returned to its original Georgian roots with a modern twist. The top spec lounge/kitchen/diner opens onto a sunken patio in a well stocked garden. Adjacent to the south Cotswolds we are almost equidistant between Stroud (15m), Bath (15m), Bristol (17m) and Gloucester(20m). Lots of walking! Very convenient for events at Tortworth Court and Badminton House.
