The spacious home is located on the south end of Toledo Bend and offers great fishing year round. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets can be enjoyed from the large covered porch overlooking the lake. Wi-Fi, smart TV's, AC, laundry, and other thoughtful touches throughout the home to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Modern home in the country with 1.4 acre lot!

My house sits on 1.4 acres 5 min from Leesville and 10 min to Fort Polk. It sits on a 1/2 mile long dead end gravel road with very little traffic. This location is private. Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. Enjoy the backyard fire pit, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, corn hole, and oversized Jenga in a private setting. Vernon lake boat ramp is less than 5 miles! If you need special accommodations please let me know. I use a local cleaning service.

Our beautiful home on the edge of one of the largest man-made reservoirs in the US, experience some of the best outdoor activities the area has to offer. Plenty of amenities to make your stay more enjoyable, Fire pit, hot tub, boat dock. Public boat ramp is very close by, then park it on our beach. A circle drive for boats and other toys. Family friendly, friendly home. Sleeps 6. Our views are social media worthy.

This pet friendly, waterfront cedar cabin in Toledo Village on South Toledo Bend has a dock with covered end for fishing, kayaks for guest use, 'fenced' and gated back porch, a sundeck, and a firepit area. There are two bedrooms with queen beds plus a futon, enough beds to sleep up to 6 guests. There is one bathroom with a clawfoot tub/shower and a spacious, secluded outdoor shower with hot water.
