We also offer laundry facilities on the property. Private access and you will be provided with your own unique access code for your stay. Balcone is fully self contained.

The cottage is situated on a 42 acre farm, close enough to town that you can pop in easily to enjoy cafes, festivals and a bit of shopping - but far enough away that you will feel you really have escaped to the country.

Cosy, self-contained, studio style cottage. Guests are welcome to make full use of all facilities. A large entertaining area with barbeque and fire pit. Set on an acreage on the edge of Warwick with bushland setting. Single carport with plenty of space in our yard for a caravan, trailer or truck. Unfenced, so no pets, sorry. Light breakfast included. We can cater for two, having a queen bed.
