Clean & Cozy Colonial Style Inn & Restaurant. This room features 1 queen bed and sleeps two adults. Each of our rooms is equipped with a private bath, small fridge & microwave, complementary WIFI, and includes continental breakfast. Our property also boasts an award-winning restaurant & tavern, The Old Salt, serving lunch and dinner. In warmer months, we offer outdoor seating in addition to our indoor dining. Oceanfront studio with one queen bed and a queen sleep sofa OR one queen bed and a queen size Murphy bed located approximately 1/2 mile north of the Hampton Beach center - an easy 15 - 20 minute walk to all activities, restaurants and shops. This unit offers a private balcony, full bath, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Free Wifi, A/C, heat and onsite parking for one vehicle. Please be aware that there is construction taking place near our building.

This charming inn built in 1799 is the perfect unique spot for your getaway with family or friends. Located on Main Street, we are just steps away from restaurants, shopping, and historic sites. We are just a short drive from the beaches and downtown Kennebunkport. Coffee is provided each morning for guests, and there is a restaurant on site.

The Harbor Crest Inn, located one half mile from our Main Inn, features luxury guest rooms that have been revitalized. This listing is for a 1st floor guestroom with wide doorways and a standard tub/shower in the bathroom. Guests of Harbor Crest can enjoy the many indoor and outdoor common areas. The 1730 Harbor Crest Inn is our only Inn that is dog friendly. Please note we do not offer elevators in any of our buildings.

The Elms - Lodge Room

The Elms is a historic Queen Anne Victorian mansion built in 1882 to serve as luxury accommodations for international executives and dignitaries visiting the local paper mill. Overlooking the Presumpscot River across the street from the old mill, the building retains many of its original architectural details, featuring lofty ceilings, grand staircases, exquisite woodwork, and antique furniture.
