Had a great stay! Great location just off of King Street and convenient for walking in Charleston. Very responsive host . Enjoyed the calming sound machine in the bedroom and thank you for having various streaming services logged into for the TV.

This was a charming unit in Midtown. Accessible to neighborhood amenities and restaurants. Great location if you are in ATL for a show or sporting event.

We had a great stay at ‘Stairway to Heaven’. The place was bigger than we thought and all the bedrooms and beds were very comfortable! David and Nancy were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings and walking around the neighborhood looking at all the houses. We would definitely stay here again!

Michael and Kiki were great hosts. They even lent us a pair of folding chairs that we used to see Santana at the New Orleans Jazz Festival. The guidebook binder they created that was in the room was invaluable to us. But my favorite thing about this place was location, location, location...it was a 20 minute walk to Preservation Hall (which was one of the greatest music experiences of my life) and a fifteen minute walk to Frenchman Street. Thank you Mike and Kiki for making our New Orleans experience so wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay for March Madness. Easy walk to the Pearl, great coffee shop down the road, and easy access to river walk going downtown. Place is comfortable and Fernanda is very responsive and helpful!

The space had an excellent vibe and a cozy, homey feel. Host was so easy to work with. The unit is well equipped and every detail was anticipated- ice molds, comfy blankets for the porch, and interesting reading material. We’re already planning a future return trip!

The house is very nicely decorated and furnished. It had all the amenities one could wish for plus more. Very comfortable furniture and a great environment to spend time in. The hosts were very communicative and responded very quickly throughout the stay. The house is located in a transitional area about 12 minute drive from Broadway with a lot of great local places near to eat and/or listen to music. The house is located along a road which you can hear at night.

This is a fabulous place just up the hill from Barton Springs in one of Austin's best neighborhoods. Spacious, clean, lovely bathrooms, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, books/toys and a great pool are among our favorite things about this home. Excellent & responsive communication from hosts. Highly recommended!

We found Alexandra’s place after we checked out early of another Airbnb that was horrible. So getting to Alexandra’s place was a relief. Exceeded our expectations. Beautiful home that had everything we needed and more.

Liz and Gary were excellent with communication and their home was perfect for a family getaway. The kids LOVED the pool. The location is walkable to a wonderful coffee shop. Everything is so close to the house. The beds and pillows were super comfortable! The home was clean and spacious. Having the washer/dryer was so helpful and meant we didn’t have to pack as much. There is so much to do in Atlanta and my kids are already begging to go back and stay at the same house.

Had another wonderful weekend at Tim’s place - thanks so much for being a terrific host! Great location in the beautiful fan district. We so enjoyed hanging out with our family on the front porch and in the back courtyard! We were within walking distance of so many restaurants and coffee shops (and the Easter parade on Monument!). Thank you Tim for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home and enjoy our family over the Easter holiday!

We had a great weekend getaway for my sister's Bachelorette party. The location is super convenient to explore boulder, and three parking spots made it really easy for us. the house is historic and quaint with updated amenities. I would definitely recommend for your trip to Boulder!

Spacious, quiet, and clean! All of the most important amenities plus a game room in the basement. The outdoor patio is on the 3rd floor so there are 4 stories total and there are no bedrooms on the main level. This was not an issue for us at all but would be nice to know. Also, there is no full bath on the basement or 1st floor. All 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor have on suites. Again, not an issue for us just something to note if you are intending to use all 4 bedrooms. Overall, this is a 5 star rental! We had no issues or complaints!

As advertised! Charming, comfortable, perfect location. Ginger is a fabulous and responsive host, and the place was perfect for our girls trip. The home is historic and homey with lots of awesome features like a balcony, great air conditioning, plenty of linens and throw blankets, kitchen tools etc. highly recommend, and agree with other reviewers that the parking is a great amenity to take advantage of if you have a car. Cheap and right next door.

This is a great condo for a small group (couple, small family, small friend group, etc.). The condo is cute, quiet, and in a great location. It has everything you need from top to bottom and made visiting Austin so easy! 10/10 recommend.

Brian & Joan's place was exactly as described and how the pictures looked. I loved the fact that it was located on the very end. Therefore no add'l outside noise from neighbors or anything and even more peaceful when relaxing on the balcony at the beautiful view from the 12th floor. Will definitely try to book this place again in the future. Thank You for such an amazing stay!

Great condo. Location was excellent, and we enjoyed skiing and downtown. The condo is clean and has everything needed. It is nicely updated and comfortable.

Perfectly located to restaurants, beach, and the bay. We walked almost 85% of the time. The only negative to the stay was 25 mph winds for 3-4 days, which was just Mother Nature acting up. Would highly recommend

It was very clean and not too far from everything we wanted to do. While we were only there with another couple for the weekend, they also have it well equipped for traveling with children. Recommend!

The condo was absolutely beautiful. Furnishings were unbelievable. We cannot wait to come back. Location is perfect. Beaches are beautiful.
