Casa moderna e mobilio nuovo. Perfetta per 4 persone anche per più giorni. Il posto auto in garage un ottimo plus. Ottima accessibilità mediante ascensore. Portare con sé bagnoschiuma, shampoo e detersivo lavatrice perché non sono forniti dall’host.

Εξαιρετικό το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο. Δίπλα στο κέντρο της Καλαμάτας και στην παραλία με τα πόδια. Πάρκινγκ πάντα έβρισκες γενικά δεν έχω το παραμικρό αρνητικό να πω. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα.

Very welcoming and helpful hosts. Always at hand. Everything required was in the apartment with two large lovely balconies overlooking the beautiful mountains

Super Wohnung im „Zentrum“ von Elea. Gute Taverne auf der einen, tolle Bäckerei und Mini-Supermarkt auf der anderen Seite der sehr sauberen Wohnung. Große Terrasse nach Süd-West mit Schatten bis 12 Uhr (Anfang Oktober). 3 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum familiären Strand. Perfekter Standort! Danke.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr höflich und nett. Sie haben sehr schnell für jede Frage geantwortet und hilfreiche Informationen geschickt. Die Wohnungszustand war einfach top, alles modern und sauber. Nesspressokaffemaschine & Kaffee-Capsuls, Milchaufschäumer machen leckeren Kaffee. Sehr bequem mit der Geschirrmaschine und Waschmaschine mit Trockener. Grundzutaten zum Kochen waren zur Verfügung gestellt wie Olivenöl, Salz, Pfeffer. Parking an der Strasse war sehr einfach. Die Stadtmitte ist einfach zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und werden weiterempfehlen oder wiederkommen.

πανέμορφος και πεντακάθαρος χώρος ο οποίος ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένος. σε πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά με πολύ όμορφη θέα από το διαμέρισμα. οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν φιλόξενοι και φιλικοί. το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Ο Χώρος ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που έβλεπα στις φωτογραφίες. Δημιουργούσε την αίσθηση της οικειότητας του σπιτιού. Ήταν πεντακάθαρο και προσεγμένο στις λεπτομέρειες του. Η Τοποθεσία ήταν ακριβώς στην καρδιά της πόλης, πράγμα που σου επέτρεπε να πας παντού με τα πόδια. Ασφαλής γειτονιά και ήσυχο, παρόλο που είναι κυριολεκτικά στην πιο ζωντανή περιοχή της Καλαμάτας. Οι ιδιοκτήτες ευγενέστατοι και πολύ φιλόξενοι. Απαντούν αμέσως και προνοούν στην επικοινωνία, φροντίζοντας να μην έχεις καμία απορία. Το οικονομικό κομμάτι ανταποκρίνεται ισάξια στο επίπεδο ποιότητας του καταλύματος . Κάτι που απογειώνει τον χώρο, κατα τη δική μου άποψη, είναι ο φωτισμός. Τόσο ο τεχνητός όσο και ο φυσικός, καθώς και οι ευωδιαστές πετσέτες. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλαχτα.

Εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κατάλυμα. Ευχάριστη διαμονή. Ευγενικός και επικοινωνιακός οικοδεσπότης. Επικοινωνούσε άμεσα.

Πολύ καλό διαμέρισμα. Η επικοινωνία άψογη. Το μόνο αρνητικό; Η θέση parking προβληματική.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the beaches were clean and fantastic and just a short drive away from the accommodation. Highly recommend Skoutari and Mavrovouni beaches. Great tavernas, local and also in Gytheio. We would definitely stay here again.

This location provided me a lovely “home base” from which to run the Spartan World Championship races! The host was very responsive and willing to assist with any questions or concerns. I would stay here again in the future.

Ήταν όλα τέλεια! Το σπίτι είναι ακριβώς όπως τις φωτογραφίες και πεντακάθαρο!! Είχε ότι χρειάζεται κανείς για θα άνετη διαμονή . Η τοποθεσία επίσης ήταν πολύ βολική , δίπλα στην Μαρίνα της Καλαμάτας , αλλά και στο κέντρο και παραλία όπου πας άνετα με τα πόδια ! Η κυρία Ελένη ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική, την ευχαριστούμε πολύ ! Οπότε ξανά έρθουμε Καλαμάτα σίγουρα θα ξανά προτιμήσουμε το διαμέρισμα!

Πολύ ωραίο κατάλυμα, με εύκολη πρόσβαση τόσο στην παραλία όσο και στην πλατεία. Καινούργιος χώρος, άνετος. Σίγουρα θα τον προτιμήσουμε και στην επόμενη φορά

We had a fantastic time at Kostas's home. Having a car is an absolute must as it is up a very steep, winding track which is unpaved in some places but once you enter the compound it is stunning all round. The pool, apartment and views are beautiful. There are a few moderations needed inside, but it is spacious, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay at this apartment if we were in the area again.

What a superb find this was, although 3k from the main town Sparta, we were in the hills with spectacular views from the poolside and waking up to this view every day was amazing, it was quiet, rooms were spacious and clean and the food was very reasonable with huge portions, we were also delighted to find out we had breakfast included. Nothing was too much trouble for our host in his family run hotel complex of 13 rooms. Wifi was free but signal in our room wasnt the best and forget 4g or 5g in the area but at least at breakfast we could catch up on our phones, in Sparta signal was very good. I would recommend this place to anyone and will be booking up myself for next year.

Le logement est très conforme aux photos Il est très propre et fonctionnel La vue est splendide et le coucher de soleil est juste magnifique L’accès direct à la piscine est un + La climatisation est très utile et fonctionne très très bien Nous avons eu la résidence pendant 4 jours à nous tout seul Pour nous il a pas eu beaucoup de choses négatives : le chemin qui mène à la résidence est en cailloux oui mais ne nous a pas du tout déranger La wifi n’est pas très bonne .. un tapis de douche aurait été utile et surtout quelques casseroles poêles et autres pour cuisiner . Seul un faitout je dis bien SEUL un faitout était disponible ! Je pense que vous pouvez remédiez à ça rapidement pour que votre logement soit juste PARFAIT Je recommande néanmoins cette location
