Piccolo attico sul mare di Cagliari, confortevole, con una terrazza su tre lati da cui vedi il mare, la laguna dei fenicotteri rosa, il profilo della Sella del Diavolo, l'alba e il tramonto. A 20 metri si trova il lungomare pedonale con pista ciclabile e la spiaggia del Poetto con i suoi chioschi. A 50 metri la fermata degli autobus ti collega al centro della città in 15 min. La villetta si trova direttamente sulla sabbia ( 8 metri dall'acqua ) accesso diretto al mare. Si compone di una camera matrimoniale, bagno con doccia, zona giorno con angolo cottura e ampia terrazza sul mare. Ideale per coppie , amanti della natura e tranquillità. Casa unica per posizione in tutta la costa di Gonnesa. ATTENZIONE: sconsigliata a chi ha problemi di deambulazione per la posizione sul mare alla quale si arriva con un percorso a piedi di 100 metri in salita. IUN P5134

House on the beach

House in front of the sea on the beach of Is Pruinis, on the island of Sant'Antioco. The best aspect of this house is the view. This beach is particularly suitable for children beacuse the water is not deep for a big distance in comparison to other beaches of the island, in windy days it is also perfect for kyte surfing. This is not the nicest beach of the island, but it is half way between the nicest beaches and the town.
