The area of Saugatuk and Douglas is fabulous with a lot of cafes and restaurants. The town is very quaint and picturesque. A lot of great farm to table restos and a wonderful farmer's market. The place was gorgeous with a pool. And a lot of towels for swimming. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking family meals. The "baby suite" was especially nice with a fridge in the basement. And the rooms upstairs had a master bedroom with en suite bathroom. Another smaller room and a room with bunk beds share a bathroom. The shower heads were great! Nice fluffy beddings and we all slept well with lots of privacy between families and kids. The living room and kitchen were very nice with enough room for kids to play and great for dinners and breakfast. Great patio area for reading, working and relaxing by the pool. We had a wonderful family stay! Our home away from home. Very relaxing and we loved staying at this house. We'll be back!

I’ve rented a number of places in this area and Riverdance was very special! The home was clean and well appointed with all you need. Location awesome - everything we like to do (downtown Douglas, downtown Saugatuck, Oval Beach and hiking trails) was 10 mins or less alway. Kitchen well appointed. The star was the pool and we enjoyed it so much! A pool with no fencing between the pool and the river - that is rare and GOLD! Todd was great to deal with and very responsive. Great property, great stay!

Absolutely beautiful home! We loved the decor & aesthetic and colors. There was a huge couch & chairs and plenty of room for our girls group of 9 to relax and plenty of beds! We loved the hot tub and the house was fully stocked and even included some local goodies! I wish we could have stayed longer, the home was so big we later discovered the tv stand full of games and firewood in the walkway for a fire. The property is beautiful as well, we saw a fox and multiple deer while in the living area. Chris sent very detailed instructions for directions, access and tons of recommendations! His communication was on point and he was very responsive. I will definitely stay at one of his homes again and would highly recommend to anyone considering!

What a little gem of a place! Truly was an enjoyable place to stay and met all our needs. I would definitely recommend staying here especially during the summer months when you can take advantage of all the amenities like the beautiful in ground pool in the backyard.

Dragan's place was AWESOME! We had such a fun weekend in Douglas and Saugatuck with our friends to celebrate a 40th birthday this weekend! We will absolutely be back and hope to stay again here soon! The house was beautiful, clean and massive. The hot tub was so nice and we enjoyed the fire pit and the awesome chef's kitchen. Dragan was such a great host and communicated all we needed to know in advance of our stay. We loved our stay and had a wonderful weekend. I want to come back in the summer when the pool is open too!

We enjoyed our weekend at Segrid's home. The beach was so nice and close for walks and the sound of the waves on our fall retreat was an added, peaceful, bonus!

We came here for a girl's weekend and we could not recommend Deb's place more. We wanted an easy weekend in a central location and this home was perfect. Everything was beautifully design, not detail was left unattended. The kitchen in particular was beautiful. We loved just hanging out at the house doing puzzles and playing games - but it was a perfect home base for when we wanted to go out and explored Holland. It was the perfect place for us!

Our family of 6 traveled to Grand Rapids during Spring Break for a concert. We loved having a cozy house to come back to after our adventures each day! There was space to cook and eat meals, laugh and play games, and chill and rest together! Daniel was a great host! He even contacted us a few hours prior to our check-in to let us know the power was out due to some storms. He was willing to let us in to the house upon our arrival and often checked to make sure we were comfortable and content. Thanks for a great trip!

We loved staying at the hideaway! The backyard was perfect for our dogs and the hot tub was our favorite thing after a day of exploring. The hideaway is easily walkable to restaurants and fun things to do in the social district. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Just as the description said, the house was very clean and tidy with lots of space! The house is similar to the tardis; it appears small on the outside but is huge on the inside. Furniture and beds were cozy and the kitchen appliances were ready to use without needing a prior wash. Sometimes, you don't get that lucky. Although on the street, the inside of the house was peaceful and quiet. The house was also less than a 10 minute drive from most places we went, which is always a plus!

Diane was very responsive and flexible, this lovely home was super well-stocked with games, kitchen items, and anything we could've needed. Perfect getaway spot that's accessible to Holland but is really peaceful.

the porch is fabulous. lots of space for everyone. we did not need it, but the secret room was adorable. we would definitely come back again.

A great birthday get away…. Close to things we wanted to see and quite at night when we returned! Very friendly and communicative with directions and answering all our questions!

My family stayed at Elizabeth’s home while we visited family for Christmas. From the minute Elizabeth met us at the door to let us in, we knew this Airbnb was special. Elizabeth showed us around the home and reviewed all the details. The home was better than the pictures, extremely organized and well stocked with extra amenities from toiletries in all the bathrooms to spices in the kitchen. Elizabeth had even supplied hot cocoa and decorated the home for Christmas. We felt at home from when we first stepped foot in the house. I highly recommend this home and Elizabeth. They deserve 6 stars!!

Robb & Fawna’s place was the perfect spot for a Bachelor Party weekend trip! The home included all the amenities we needed, and then some. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep at the end of the night. I would strongly consider coming back for another stay in the future!

This rental was perfect for our group--cozy but plenty of space, felt home-y and just right for Saugatuck. I had initially been concerned about the distance to town, but the walk was much shorter and easier than I expected. The hosts were very responsive, which made checking in and out was a piece of cake. We were especially excited to see that the firepit was fully stocked with logs when we arrived. Would definitely recommend.

We booked Anne’s house for our wedding weekend because we had family traveling in from out of Michigan and wanted to have an easy location to bring everyone together. It was also important to have a beautiful space for photos and hosting our family. Anne’s hospitality was unmatched and she made sure we had everything we needed, even providing a beautiful mirror for getting ready photos. Her house was absolutely pristine and all of our family raved about how beautiful the house was. We also had plenty of space for activities too. I’m so thankful we could book Anne’s house — it was one of the highlights that made our wedding weekend absolutely perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay here. There were four of us and we rented the entire house. Easily enough room for two people upstairs and two downstairs. You definitely accommodate more. House was clean, spacious and very quiet. We were not able to use the years due to winter conditions but I'm sure the warmer months would be great in the backyard. I would definitely stay here again.

There simply aren’t enough words to describe just how much I loved staying in the Fenvilla! A total dream come true, a top tier oasis that is was clean, cosy, and so comfortable. This is by far my favorite airbnb I have ever stayed in throughout my ten years of doing so, even with staying in homes all across the country. There is something so beyond special about this place and how Kim has transformed it into the haven it is. The screened in porch & hot tub, the sounds of nature, the artwork and beautiful ceramics - the attention to detail here was immaculate. My friends and I were all blown away by this experience and all want to return as soon as we can. Thank you so much Kim for having us in your sanctuary, it was truly the perfect vacation and one I will never forget.

We had a great time on our sisters weekend. This is our 2nd time staying here. It was just as wonderful this year as when we came 2 years ago. The house is super clean and plenty of space . It is well stocked with everything you need. The host James was quick to reply to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again!
