Classy Studio 3 blocks to UofO, King Bed

Studio 88 is a high-end studio apt. just 3 blocks from campus in the area’s best UofO neighborhood. The surrounding area is beautiful, safe and quiet. It is an entirely separate 400sf living space with complete privacy. There is a King bed with high-end luxury mattress, full kitchen and private outdoor space. There is no carpet and we clean all counter and other such surfaces with disinfectant for each guest. Great restaurant options are just a short walk away. We do not allow dogs (sorry).

You can walk 7 blocks to our charming downtown or jump on the bike path that quickly connects you to the beautiful river trails in Eugene. Dorris Ranch and Mount Pisgah are nearby natural treasures.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Private upstairs includes 3 cozy and comfortable bedrooms and a bath. Downstairs there is access to the 1872 porch and private entry/dining space. This historic Victorian Rural Gothic Cottage with its large yard is situated on the boundary line between Springfield and Eugene. It is an easy walk to paths and trails along the Willamette River and under two miles to the nearby downtowns. Autzen Stadium is a 1-1/2 mile walk through grassy fields!

Spacious, bright 2 BR suite in great location

This bright 770 sq ft suite consists of the entire upstairs of my home with two spacious bedrooms, one king and one queen, a large family room with a queen sofa bed, and bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower. The kitchenette includes an apartment size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, instant pot, and convection oven/air fryer. I provide breakfast (yogurt, fruit, granola, cereal, coffee, tea, cream). Guests enter through the shared front door of the house, and head upstairs to the suite.

Nature lovers feel at home in my cozy cabin that is one mile from the U of O, Hayward Field, Matthew Knight Arena & adjacent to Hendricks Park - world famous Rhododendron garden with trails for running, walking & manicured gardens for strolling & picnics. My space is peaceful (no tv), comfy & practical. Queen bed with cotton sheets, coffee & tea on the kitchen shelf, outfitted for simple meal prep. Enjoy the outdoor deck & glider swing as wild deer & birds visit. You are welcome here!

Cozy studio nestled in the quiet South Hills of Eugene. Free street parking and access to the neighborhood nature trail right out your door. Only 3 miles from Hayward and 5 miles from Autzen yet the feeling of being away from it all in our beautiful wooded hills. Less than a five minute drive to the Spencer Butte Trailhead which offers fantastic views of our city as well as the countryside. You will need to be able to negotiate stairs along the house to access your private entrance.

Minutes from Pre's Trail and endless miles of river bike paths leading to Autzen Stadium, UO Campus, and downtown Springfield and Eugene, this private master bedroom with full bath is awesome. The room has everything you need for a comfortable trip to Eugene/Springfield including a queen bed, full bathroom with soap, shampoo and shower gel, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot water pot, and more. Our mid-century modern one bedroom guest suite is clean and bright, with lots of windows and a private driveway and entrance. It's a quick walk to the U of O campus, sports arenas and Hayward Field; nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the hills east of campus, with the Hendricks Park rhododendron garden and hiking trails just up the street. Located one mile from downtown Eugene - a quick and beautiful walk through campus. Walking distance to cafes, pubs, groceries and running trails.

The Shed in Hayden Bridge

"THE SHED", a private, attached STUDIO with barn-like accents. There's a Kureg coffee machine, MINIMAL kitchenette equipped with dishes, sink, microwave and small fridge (NO cooktop or stove), LARGE KING BED with individual cotton duvet covers lofted over a cool, memory foam mattress. Great high speed WIFI, a 42-inch flat screen TV with LOCAL channels ONLY or you may access your Apple TV account. The back deck overlooks our beautifully landscaped backyard and quaint chicken coup.
