Guests pay monthly rent and utilities only without the traditional first, last, & security deposit required thanks to Airbnb coverage. A $500 USD REFUNDABLE utility deposit is required, with the balance returned after final utility charges are deducted. Likewise usage above the deposit will be billed to guests.
