Vakantiewoningen met buitenterras in St-Laurent-du-Var

Excellente semaine passée à Roquefort les Pins. Benjamin et son épouse ont été très accueillants et agiles malgré une arrivée tardive de notre part. Leurs enfants ont également été très amicaux avec notre fille avec notamment des parties de trampolines endiablées ! La maison contient tout ce qu'il faut et les activités dans le jardin sont nombreuses. Mention spéciale au terrain de pétanque où nous avons pu nous débattre dans de nombreuses parties de Molky ! L'emplacement de la maisonest au top, nous avons pu faire des balades à pied ou a5 min en voiture dans le parc naturel du Sinodon. Le centre du village est quant à lui à 15 minutes à pied où à peine 2 minutes en voiture avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Quant à la mère, les premières plages sont à 20 minutes à peine donc très accessibles aussi. Bref un très bel emplacement chez une famille très accueillante ! Merci pour cette semaine !

Casa pulita e con mobili ed infissi nuovi, fornita di tutti gli utensili, wifi ed altro. Didier è una persona molto amichevole ed è stato sempre reattivo ai messaggi. Peccato che il giardino sia un pò in stato di abbandono, con un pò di cura l'alloggio diventerebbe davvero una piccola perla. Attenzione se avete una macchina lunga (SUV o station wagon o comunque superiore a circa 4,40 mt) perchè il parcheggio è un pò stretto e richiede alcune manovre per poter entrare/uscire. Potrebbe essere un problema avere lo spazio di manovra se il parcheggio è pieno.

We had a wonderful stay at Melanie’s! She was a wonderful host. Her house is also super kid friendly - there was no need for us to bring toys for our daughter. She didn’t even want to leave!! There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy most of what you need, a boulangerie where you can get delicious baguettes and croissants, and a delicious espresso place. She was also super communicative - we had ordered from Amazon as we needed a couple of things that we couldn’t find in stores and she was super flexible about it. The house was spacious and since we had a car, it was easy to get around! I highly recommend this place! It is just beautiful!

Un lieu assez exceptionnel pour la côte d'azur : calme, accueillant avec un environnement sans vis-à-vis, très vert et plein ciel. Cela permet de se mettre à distance de la frénésie de la côte d'azur en ces périodes estivales. La communication avec Joyce est facile et en confiance ce qui est facilitant pour se sentir bien. Et plein de petites attentions nous ont fait nous sentir comme chez des amis. De même la maison est très joliment décorée avec goût et simplicité (différente des photos et encore plus jolie) et elle est très bien équipée. Et, en tant qu'habitués de la Colle sur Loup depuis plus de 30 ans, nous recommandons assurément Maison Joa Terra !

Je remercie bcp tonton khalil et tata fatima des personnes formidables très accueillants ils étaient vraiment très gentils on as adoré l’endroit la maison la piscine été trop belle bien propre aussi la maison l l’endroit accessible a la plage au commerce pas loins de toutes les endroits A la fin les mots n’expriment jamais ce que on a vue chez eux et ce que on a passé avec eux Merci encore une autre fois

Dominique’s place is special. The view is spectacular as you are on top of a hill in Nice but in a residential area and still within a couple of kilometres from city center. The drive up there is quite a thrilling one and makes it that much more special. The pool and the pool area are the highlight even though it was too cold for us to use the pool. There is a quality table tennis table so if you have nice racquets bring them along to play. You also have everything you need including a gas grill and hammock and microwave etc. Food delivery options are also aplenty given how close it is to Nice. The house itself, while old, is spacious and has everything you would need. The warm water takes a while but the house on multiple levels feels very spacious. The plot is truly massive and is pet friendly and feels very safe. If you are looking for a quiet place and lots of space, a pool, and spectacular views of the ocean close to Nice, it is hard to beat and the host is fabulous too!

This was a beautiful little place to stay. The unit has been recently renovated and is in excellent condition. The unit has all the cooking equipment needed and it has all of the appliances you need. It is an about a 30 min walk to the train station Loubet Plage and you can get all of coastal towns. Paul welcomed us into his home and we loved our stay. It was like a home away from home.

Geweldige gastvrouw en gastheer. Zeer complete woning waar werkelijk alles aanwezig is! Zeer proper en verzorgd! Handig boek met tips voor de regio aanwezig. Kortom, top verblijf gehad, we hebben genoten!

Nice big apartment near the train station. 7 minute walk to Palais. There were only 2 of us, the apartment is big enough for 2 couple or a family of 5-6.

We loved our stay in Pascals rooftop apartment. It was at the top of 100 steps but it was so worth the climb. Very light and airy and a fabulous balcony where we ate breakfast. Very clean and well appointed. Quiet over night and so close to the beach and many shops, the daily market and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Appartement magnifique, très bien situé dans une résidence calme. Tout est très propre et les terrasses sont parfaitement exposées. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation 👌👌👌

On a logé dans l appart de Fabio du 17 au 22 avril. A notre arrivée il y avait le co-host Cyril qui a été très gentil et disponible comme aussi l'autre co-host Laure qui nous a donnée plusieurs infos pour nous aider à mieux découvrir et apprécier Antibes. On a passé un super séjour! L appart est comme dans la description et dans les photos: propre, ordonné et très lumineux. Il y a une super vue! On rejoint facilement à pied les plages de Juan le Pins en environs 5 minutes et il y a un Intermarché très proche. En plus c'est l'endroit idéal pour qui comme nous a des enfants car il y a des aires jeux très proches. Logement très conseillé. On retournera avec plaisir!

Stayed here for a week with my partner and 5 month old whilst visiting family in Nice and this place ticked all the boxes. Central location - which was ideal for us walking with the pram . We also had the fallback option of the tram line close by as well. Plenty of shops / restaurants near by. Very spacious & clean apartment , plus the view from the balcony was stunning 🤩

Séjour très agréable, très bien placé pour se déplacer facilement. La communication avec l’hôte était parfaite et très réactive. Merci à elle pour tout, je recommande ce logement.

Great host, super helpful and friendly. Very nice sea view from the balcony and short walk to beaches, restaurant and a small grocery store. The pool is great and often empty of people.

Logement très bien situé et propre. Supermarché, restaurants, tramway, tout est à proximité. De plus, la vue de la terrasse est très jolie, je recommande !

Apparemment irréprochable pour se sentir comme chez soi, on a passé un très bon week-end avec une vue sur la mer, Wendy a été réactif avec une super communication.

Nous avons séjourné dans le logement d’Eva pour profiter du week-end de trois jours de Pâques. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu rencontrer Eva vendredi soir car nous sommes arrivés tard à cause des bouchons. En tout cas nous avons été très satisfaits du logement proposé (décoration, équipement) et de la localisation (nous avions la voiture). Je remercie Eva pour sa disponibilité par message et ses recommandations d’adresse. Nous gardons cette adresse pour un éventuel séjour à Nice l’été pour profiter de la piscine et de la terrasse.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Amria. L'appartement est situé proches des commerces, de la plage ou même du vieil Antibes. Amria est une hôte disponible, réactive et de bons conseils. Je recomande vivement de séjourner chez Amria pour un séjour à Antibes.

We loved the location of Cheng’s apartment. It was close to many restaurants, and about a 15 minute walk to the Cros-sur- Mer train station. The view was breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace and watching the people walk/bike by, and the planes take off and land at the Nice airport. We rented the 2 bedroom terrace apartment. There is no designated kitchen but had a microwave, small refrigerator, cooktop and sink on the outdoor terrace. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. Another plus was the washer and dryer. Thank you for hosting us, Cheng.

I had a wonderful stay at Marco's place ! From the seamless check-in to the warm welcome, everything was perfect. The property is stunning, impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped. The kitchen had all I needed, and the pool room was perfect for relaxing. The location is fantastic, peaceful and quiet. I can't recommend this place enough ! If you're looking for a perfect getaway with a fantastic host, this is it. I'll definitely return on my next visit to Cannes. Thank you, Marco and your wife, for an unforgettable stay!

Sehr sympathische und freundliche Begegnung mit Jean-Yves. Die Kommunikation schriftlich wie auch persönlich hat sehr gut funktioniert. Im Kühlschrank haben uns Köstlichkeiten erwartet, so dass wir für den ersten Morgen nichts kaufen mussten. Das Appartement ist modern und sehr schön eingerichtet, wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Die grosse Terrasse bietet eine wunderschöne Sicht auf das Meer, einfach grandios! Der Strand, Restaurants und Bars sind vor Ort, das Auto braucht man nicht. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr leise, was bei der grossen Hitze ideal zum schlafen ist. Es gibt bequeme Betten und die Zimmer bieten eine gute Grösse. Dieses Appartement können wir bestens empfehlen. Danke für alles, Jean-Yves.
