Cute and quaint guesthouse located in the heart of the pier/village area of St.Simons restored to its vintage heritage. New A/C and a 65” smart TV. It has a private driveway but you won't need the car - this cottage has such an incredible location you'll be walking everywhere with ease! Our little beach cottage is completely enclosed with a privacy fence for your pet to run free. It also features a porch for outside dining with a grill and an outdoor shower.

The Fig House | Mid Century, Pool, Mins from Beach

The Fig House is a newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Mid-Century Modern ranch style vacation home set on 1 level. It comprises: a living room/dining room with a wood-burning fireplace, 8-seater table and connection to the kitchen, which also has a breakfast table. There is a sitting room and a sun room off the kitchen with access to the pool courtyard. There are two masters with king size beds and a bunk room that has 2 sets of bunk (twin) beds.

Sea-Esta Retreat, a Great Golden Isles Location!

Guests have access to the entire condo. Self check-in with keypad. Residence is located in the back of the complex for a peaceful quiet stay. There are two numbered parking spaces located in front of unit. A community pool is in the center of the complex, which is a very short walk. The outdoor shower is great when returning from the beach or pool. The front storage shed contains beach chairs, coolers and bicycles for guest use.

The 19th Hole

You'll find all the comforts of home at the 19th Hole. A 5-10 minute drive will get you to Mallory square, where there is shopping, dining and the pier to watch the sunset. East Beach has a wide beach with tide pools, concession stands and a convenient bath house with bathrooms and showers. Perfect for a family get together. A public pool in the community is available for use and is managed by the HOA.

The Green Door | your treehouse 2mi from the beach

The green door is a newly built studio apartment, in the heart of SSI, a bike ride away from the beach and walking distance from bars and restaurants in nearby Redfern Village. Modern furnishing, fluffy bedding and lofted ceilings meet plenty of natural light in this cozy and peaceful space. With tree canopy views at every window, it is like staying in the most comfy -air conditioned- treehouse !

Salt Life upstairs duplex

3 blocks to the beach and a short 10 minute walk to the Village. It's a quiet neighborhood, great for enjoying coffee on the patio in the morning or refreshing beverages in the afternoon, you can hear the ocean waves from the patio. FLETC per diem accepted.
