Enjoy the expansive front deck and cozy fire pit, unobstructed ocean views of White Head, Gannet Rock & nearby Anchorage Provincial Park. We even have direct access to the trails for ATV lovers! The house is walking distance to downtown and boarder. Yet, still in a very private and peaceful neighborhood. Only 30min drive to the Minister island and St.Andrews. Easy to get around. Could sleep up to 7 adults and 2 kids with 1 king bed, 2 queens, 1 pullout couch and 2 comfy sofas for smaller kids. Welcome dogs if they have well behaved owners. This older house it's not fancy but cozy and well equipped. Smoking & Vaping are not allowed on any part of the property including driveway.

Listed in the Canadian registry of historical places and designed by the prominent Maxwell Brothers Architects for the Ogilvie wheat baron F.W. Thompson. Part of the carriage house and stables building on the estate, the gardeners cottage was the home to the groomsmen and gardeners. In the shadow of the Algonquin Hotel close to Katy's Cove and walk-able to downtown Saint Andrews by the Sea.
