Two adult guests can have a relaxing stay at any time of the year away from the bustle of the town. It has it's own private access and there are fabulous walks from the door. There is ample, free parking outside the property with a regular bus service running into brighton town centre and the seafront.

It is just a 20 minute bus ride or cycle into Vibrant Brighton and its glorious seafront. The Annex has its own entrance and is fully equipped with everything you’ll need The Annex is part of our family home and although it’s a private space, you will be able to hear kids and dogs playing in the garden below your decking at times

Lewes is a vibrant town with an interesting history and close to Brighton. Our refurbished annex is perfect for relaxing, exploring the local area, visiting family or whilst travelling for work. It has a light, modern feel, and generously-sized rooms.
