Maple Creek RanchOur place is located 15 miles north of Chico in the mountains at a 3,000 foot elevation. You'll drive up a country road to our property which is 500 acres in size and surrounded by forest. Our property has a wonderful pond for fishing, swimming and relaxing. The forest is loaded with deer, squirrels, turkeys and other forest animals. We also have numerous walking trails. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and dogs (no cats please).
Yurtastic Hobby FarmThis 24 foot yurt sits on a 5 acre property in the Sierra Nevada foothills, approximately 14 miles away from Chico. Our property is a small hobby farm complete with sheep, pigs, chickens, cats, two calves, a horse, and two friendly livestock guard dogs. The yurt is situated a short distance from the main house, allowing for plenty of privacy, and ample space for parking. Family and pet friendly.
