This space was perfect for two adults, a baby, and a dog! Plus there was an additional bedroom we didn't use. Jillian shared some amazing ideas for the area. My daughter loved seeing the cat and chickens walking around.

This place was absolutely amazing from the beautiful surroundings to the lovely decor. We felt right at home at Heart Desire. With the lovely gas fireplace and central heat we were always warm and toasty! It is also great how this location is just about 15mins away from a Target as well as other stores and restaurants. I also really appreciate how quick and responsive the host were when we had a bit of trouble checking in. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and can't wait to hopefully stay again (maybe in the summer this time!) P.S. If you like ducks you're in for a treat!

I spent one and a half months here. The owners were always quickly responsive with messages. Nice little cottage and perfect space for one or two people. The walls were pretty thin and I was able to hear the neighbors but it wasn’t as loud in the living room when the bathroom door was closed. The owners kept up on snow removal on both the front and back porches.

My family and I absolutely loved our time here! We instantly felt at home and were able to run out during the day and do all sorts of fun activities and be able to come back to a comfortable and peaceful home where we could rest and reset for the next day’s activities. Dee’s home is so so charming and we will definitely be staying again if it’s available the next time we’re in town!

Great place for our larger group! Loved all the amenities, especially the hot tub which was perfect after a day on the slopes. Quick, easy drive to Shawnee Mountain and the downtown area. Host was also very responsive and proactive!

We were in town for my daughter's 21st birthday. She attends Centenary University. Heline's home was everything as advertised and better. We had 6 guest and plenty of room. Rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. Kitchen had everything we would ever need. The family room downstairs was great; plenty of games, and a dart board, which for us, we had 4 folks who love darts, so it was great. There were several restaurants within a short 5 minute drive, and even a few bars. We had a great time, and are planning to stay again next time we visit. We would all highly recommend Heline's place if you are ever in Hackettstown!

I recently just spent one month at Edward’s place and loved every minute of it. As other reviewers have noted, the layout is a little nontraditional, as you enter through a small sunroom and then go directly into the bedroom, then the living room/kitchen with the bathroom at the back. The kitchen was stocked with basic pots/pans, glassware, and dishes. The real gem of this listing is it’s location- it was next to a large park with many adorable dogs, the main strip of Chestnut Hill 2 min walk, a market, a playground, and easy parking around the vicinity. It offered a great home base to explore Philadelphia with good access to bus lines and the train if you did not have a car. Additionally, since I was at this spot for an entire month I needed additional supplies (ie mop) which Edward promptly ordered to the house. I look forward to returning to this spot next time work brings me to Philly!

AMAZING stay beautiful apartment was just what I was looking for would definitely stay again only downside was no toilet paper other than that had an amazing stay 5/5 would recommend
