Ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα 75τμ που φιλοξενεί άνετα 4 άτομα. Βρίσκεται στην καλύτερη τοποθεσία της Στούπας,καθώς η πρόσβαση στη παραλία της Καλόγριας είναι δυνατή εντός 2λεπτών μέσω σκαλιών που βρίσκονται στα 10μ. από το διαμέρισμα,ενώ παράλληλα η πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της Στούπας είναι επίσης ξεκούραστη αφού διαρκεί το πολύ 5λεπτά με αργό περπάτημα.Το διαμέρισμα είναι μόλις ανακαινισμένο και η πανοραμική θέα του μπαλκονιού είναι αδύνατον να περιγραφεί.Είναι ένας μοναδικός συνδυασμός βουνού και θάλασσας.

Newly finished, a bright stylish and fully equipped elegant 70m2 fully air- conditioned loft can easily accommodate the needs of 1-5 travelers. It is built in Kalamata in an uncrowded neighborhood on a quiet street with easy parking. Guests have full access to all household appliances, equipment , amenities, plus wifi connection. Both the local beach (1km) and the city centre (2km) make an easy destination. Grocery stores, eateries, small bakeries are all within a comfortable walking distance.

Χωριό με πλούσιο πράσινο, τρεχούμενα νερά, πέτρινα σπίτια, αυθεντική βυζαντινή ομορφιά στους πρόποδες του Ταϋγέτου και απέραντους ελαιώνες, κρατάει καλά κρυμμένα τα μυστικά του Καιάδα, αναδεικνύει την αρχοντιά του Μυστρά και οδηγεί στην ιστορία και το μεγαλείο της αρχαίας Σπάρτης. Η μυθολογία, η ιστορία και το σήμερα χαρίζουν ηρεμία στον νου του επισκέπτη κάθε ηλικίας. Το ποτάμι, πηγές με τρεχούμενα νερά, καταρράκτες, μονοπάτια και αναρρηχητικό πάρκο προσφέρουν συνεχείς στιγμές ευχαρίστησης.

Lovely ground floor apartment.

Nikos Apartment 1 is in the ground floor of a building. It is lovely with all the basics. It has one double bedroom and a sofa that turns into two single beds in the living room. It is 200 meters away from Gnospi swimming platform and 300 meters from the center of the village with the picturesque harbour, all cafes and restaurants, supermarket, sweet shops, pizza etc It is not recommended for light sleepers as it is near the side of the road. All our visitors were fine with this so far.

This apartment is in the center of the city, close to the harbor, the commercial center and the old town. You can go anywhere on foot (but bicycles can be organized and are highly recommended). A bus stop is in front of the door as well as a 24h kiosk. You will love this accommodation due to its location and its large terrace with 360 views. This accommodation is perfect for couples, couples with one small child, solo travelers, adventurers and business travelers.

Sophias' Beach house

Sophia’s Beach House is an old family home, right on Stoupa Beach, that is converted into 4 luxurious and spacious apartments. Each has one bedroom, w/c with shower, open plan kitchen and living room. They are fully equipped and have a dish washer and washing machine. There are a/c units in the living rooms and in the bedrooms, along with ceiling fans. The property has a lot of space in the back, with a shared pool and big garden with fruit trees.
