Cottage on the beach

The cottage is right on the shore. It is self contained with a kitchen area and small bathroom. The twin beds, on a mezzanine floor, can be hooked up to make a super king-sized bed. Guests will have access to the beach and a garden area. Parking is on site. Although there is no washing machine, I can wash clothes for guests in my house which is next door. I live next door and will interact with guests as much or as little as they wish. I am usually at home, but if I am travelling I will arrange for a neighbour to keep contact with my guests. Coney Island is between Ardglass and Killough. There are shops and restaurants in both. It is under an hour from Belfast and within sight of the Mourne Mountains and Newcastle. Ardglass has a golf course and there are lots of opportunities locally for walking, fishing and watersports. Public transport is limited, but possible. There is a bus from Dublin airport with a connection to Downpatrick. There is a bus from both Belfast airports with connections to Downpatrick, about six miles from Coney Island. If I am home I will pick up guests from Downpatrick. Taxi fare is around £10. The upper floor is accessible to able bodied adults and children, but would present problems to anyone with mobility problems. (See Pic)

The cottage dates back to 1860 and has a spacious living room with wood-burning stove, seperate kitchen with dining table, two small cosy bedrooms & a modern bathroom. Perfect getaway seafront home, sleeps up to 4

This beautiful Victorian home lends itself to couples, solo adventurers, professionals and families. With uninterrupted views of the sea, this house is within a 10 min walk of Ballyholme's sandy beach. This is a great base for those who wish to enjoy outdoor activities. Bangor town centre is approx 5 min walk with many coffee shops, restaurants and bars. You can enjoy the craic and fun that goes with the many festivals hosted or simply relax and enjoy the tranquility that this retreat offers.

Characterful apartment in convenient location.

Tastefully appointed apartment on top floor of Victorian townhouse in leafy suburb of east Belfast. It comprises a bedroom with double bed, open plan kitchen/living area with double sofa bed and bathroom. Guests have access to courtyard and garden and parking is available. 0nly 10 minutes by bus to city centre (nearest stop 2 minute walk) and a 5 minute drive from City Airport. Short walk to many excellent restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Convenient to Stormont Estate and cycle greenway.

The Bolthole at Strangford Lough

The Bolthole in Strangford is a small cosy home located in one of Northern Ireland's beautiful coastal villages. The house dating from the early 1800's, with a later extension, has living, dining and kitchen area, two bedrooms and bathroom. There are great views across Strangford Lough to the coastal village of Portaferry. Strangford village is a great location near historic houses, castles and the Mourne mountains. It has great restaurants, pubs and perfect for Game of Thrones enthusiasts.

The Old Bank, a stunning restoration...

Restored in 2017, The Old Bank is a former bank converted to a quirky but luxurious base to enjoy Portaferry and explore the Strangford area. With a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms (master ensuite with shower), another two bathrooms (one with shower) and of course a vault! Instagram friendly.. Great for couples and small families. Between Mount Stewart (15 mins) and Castle Ward (ferry). Game of Thrones locations, the Mournes, and Titanic Belfast (under an hour).

Belfast Cosy Cabin

The Cabin offers you privacy and comfort away from the hustle and bustle. It's an open plan studio cabin with a shower and toilet. Small kitchen with microwave & fridge and everything you need for a short stay. It's not a penthouse apartment, however, if it's warmth, security, comfort, and cleanliness, then this is the place to come. The perfect REVIEWS say it all about the cabin. People seem to love it. It's also completely yours, you are sharing with no-one else. Enjoy!

Quoile Cottage - self-contained character cottage

My place is close to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities and art and culture. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families. If you love nature, beautiful walks and fishing then this would be an ideal location for you! Game of Thrones fans would also think it a good spot. Please note there is one bedroom with a queen bed downstairs and a day bed which can be made into two singles upstairs. There is no door between.

Superb self contained apartment countryside/town

Northern Ireland tourist board certified. Beautifully fully furnished self contained apartment with bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchen. Double bed in bedroom with beautiful views over the countryside from both the lounge and bedroom. All facilities that you would need if working nearly or for a country break. Wifi available in apartment. Public transport is good into centre of Belfast, Holywood and Bangor but a car is more convenient.

The Barn at Pink Cottage

The Barn at Pink Cottage is close to Downpatrick, Strangford Lough and right at the centre of Game of Thrones filming locations in County Down. You’ll love my place because of it's quirkiness, cosiness, stained glass windows and medieval feel. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, honeymooners, walkers and anyone wishing to just get away from it all and kick back in a beautiful tranquil setting.

Cara Cottage, Mourne Mountains

Cara Cottage is located on the outskirts of the village of Kilcoo in the heart of Mourne. In an idyllic quiet setting, there are breath-taking views and easy access to walking and biking trails nearby.
