Great appartment and host

An absolutely great place to stay for our work trip to the NEC. The flat was beautiful, and within a lovely modern area. Handy having co-op below too to grab some bits and pieces. Check in and out was easy. Couldn’t fault it at all! If returning to NEC this will be the first place I try to book.

Vicky and Jake were there to meet us and were very helpful with instructions on how to use heating and appliances within the apartment, we got good helpful advice on the local area and were made very welcome. Lots of little extras to help us feel at home and it was an extremely comfortable place to come back to and relax after a long day at the races or on the tourist trail. We would definitely consider using the apartment again in future visits to Cheltenham.

A cosy contained flat sitting about an absolutely stunning valley, overlooking a wood beyond. Holly's flat was absolutely perfect for what I wanted - an away from it all, peaceful location where I could study and write. I love nature and I was surrounded by deer, incredible birdsong, red kites, pheasants and so much more. I was lucky to be here for the bluebells and also the golden fields of rapeseed. Ideal location for anyone who likes hill walking, hiking and / or is doing the Cotswold Way. It takes less than 10 mins to drive into Cheltenham, but this place is truly an oasis of calm and serenity. A 6-min drive to the nearest large supermarket, so that was handy. The furniture etc might be a tad dated but, honestly, the price reflects that fact and, frankly, I loved that this wasn't a show home, but rather a well-loved country place. Holly was wonderful to interact with. I recommend this flat in the heart of the Cotswolds. The bed is super comfy too!

This is a fantastic apartment. I was really impressed with the whole place. Beds are really comfortable and you can really tell Saman has gone above and beyond to make sure his guests have a fantastic stay. I loved all the extra little touches through the apartment. the rooms are really big and spacious and the bathroom was simply stunning. I would highly recommend staying here. I know I will again. thanks again Saman for all your help its very much appreciated.

Very nice place, close to the city centre.

Great location, easy to find and easily accessible. Some lovely pubs and restaurants within short walking distance and 3 beautiful parks for walks. Nice living space. Everything you need for a few nights away at a nice location

Nice and cosy place very well maintained

My friend and I would highly recommend this AirBnb with Julie. It is a stunning little annexe. The property was amazingly clean all throughout, and was very comfortable and warm. All instructions for check in and check out were very clear, the property was easy to find and walking distance from the university. The generous snacks and drinks in the fridge were a cherry on top! We were both very satisfied with our stay and would definitely visit again!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this apartment, which is modern, comfortable and in an extremely favourable location, close to bus and tram links and right next to the Brindley Place complex with all its attractions. The apartment was immaculately clean and quite spacious, with a great view over the city. Jess was a very good host, with everything clearly explained from the outset, and many nice touches such as toiletries, towels and other supplies. Definitely to be recommended.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Cyril's apartment in Birmingham City Centre! The location was perfect – right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping areas, and major attractions like the Bullring and Grand Central. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything I needed for a few home-cooked meals. I also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi . The building was secure and quiet, which added to the overall great experience. Cyril was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making the check-in process seamless and ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay. He was able to quickly provide me with what I needed in the apartment which made me feel extra welcome. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Birmingham and will definitely be staying here again on my next trip. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

It's a lovely family home located very close to a beautiful village. We had a few minor issues, but Joe was very responsive via messages and phone. The kids loved the home, and there were quite a few board games for them to enjoy. Overall, it was a great family outing with friends.

No.3 was a lovely property, in a great location & had plenty of amenities near by. The property was laid out beautifully & spotless throughout, the kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need & the lovely Andrea also left a welcome tray with so much more than your average tea, coffee & sugar on it which was a such a kind gesture. Communication with Andrea was quick & easy & instructions were very clear. I highly recommend this property & would definitely return

Luma and Jacob’s home was quite literally the highlight of our trip. It’s beautiful and their attention to even the smallest details was what truly sets this home and experience apart. It feels like you are staying in a luxury Inn that you have all to yourself— from the gourmet coffee, lovely linens, sweet garden, workout room, cozy well designed rooms… Our trip was over the long Easter weekend and Winchcombe was perfect. Less busy than other areas of the Cotwolds, but equally charming. It was also our son’s 18th birthday and when we arrived to the home, Luma had decorated with a “Happy Birthday” banner and baked the most delicious cake. She also left us a basket of all sorts of Cotswolds treats and a big chocolate Easter egg. To say that they went above and beyond is an understatement! The communication was outstanding. This is by far the best Airbnb experience we’ve had. If I could give 100 stars, I would. Thank you Luma & Jacob!!

Booked a family getaway for a family birthday..the barn was fantastic..perfect for 6 adults and 4 well behaved dogs..spacious and clean..instructions left in a folder were clear..the pool table and dart board were the reasons we chose the barn for entertainment..needed to phone the host as there were no instructions on how to release the balls play pool...phoned the host who was in the area at the time and quickly sorted the release..overall beautiful getaway and very helpful hosts..well done

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Cotswold. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Besonders das großzügige Kinderzimmer hat den jungen Gästen gefallen. Neben der Lage mitten in der Natur war der Games Room ein weiteres Highlight, was von den Kindern gern genutzt wurde. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und gut zu erreichen. Wir haben auf Empfehlung die kleinen Pubs der Umgebung besucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Eine Bushaltestelle für Fahrten nach Oxford ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Oxfordshire.

We had an amazing stay at this gorgeous home. The owners have absolutely thought of everything to enable guests to relax and make the most of the fantastic amenities. The home was spotless, we were very warmly welcomed and the garden bar and hot tub were an absolute hit! We didn’t leave the property for 48 hrs but just had the most relaxing and fun time With a group of friends. Thank you Graham & Rahat 👍🏼
