the positive: the space is in the middle of the town. next to the lake within a three minute walk. the town is not a tourist destination but offers and experience of what life is like for the residents. Parking above the stairs is safe and cheap. I liked the location and the hotel but you must understand that it isn't luxurious. it is fine for travelers who are used to staying in a location for a day or two. Everything but restaurants closes by 7pm. Internet was fine. Everyone is nice and helpful in the town if you have questions or need suggestions. the negative: noisy if you do not like noise. Not because of parties or music or cars but due to animals since it is a small town. Water in shower is freezing. Alot of stairs and hills to drive or walk to get around the town. I don't mind but you might.

Elena and her husband were both welcoming and helpful. The first night I was kept awake for about an hour by dogs barking in the neighborhood, but the next night was quiet. The room was clean, and the bathroom and shower were clean and functional.

La estancia fue más que satisfecha. El lugar es muy acogedor y muy amplio. Está accesible a la Carretera y queda cerca de Centro Comercial. Por el clima de la zona es increíble que tengan A/C. Estamos encantados y con mi familia seguro volveremos si Dios lo permite.

We had a very Lovely stay my brother Jacob and I. The room and the amenities was very good. We appreciated the helpful staff and the natural views and the guests which we met. We were there for a week in early February. Many Thanks to the staff..!!

Unser Aufenthalt war fantastisch! Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns von Anfang an wohl. Astrid ist eine unglaublich freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die stets kommunikativ und hilfsbereit war. Ihre Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht. I agree with all the previous reviews - can’t recommend Griselda and Antonio’s place high enough. San Pedro is loud ! And this is an oasis of calm yet walkable to the town and language school(s) we will defo be back.

הדירה הכי טובה שהייתי בה בכל דרום אמריקה! השירות של הצוות פשוט מעל לכל ביקורת! תמיד יש מענה, תמיד עוזרים ותמיד בחיוך! המיקום של הדירה פשוט מעולה, הדירה מרווחת עם מיזוג אוויר, טלוויזיה חכמה, מטבח מאובזר! יש שער שמירה בכניסה ומרגישים בטוח למרות שאין צורך, הדירה נמצאת על השדרה הראשית ובמקום מאוד בטוח! ממליץ ביותר על הדירה הזאת! הכי נהנתי בה מכל המקומות שהיינו בהם!

Excelente anfitrión e instalaciones, se mira más pequeño en fotos pero tiene un buen espacio, Sandy es muy amable y brinda muchos productos de limpieza personal 💯 recomendado está a 3min del Irtra Está muy bien equipado 💯🫶🏻

Si lo que necesitas es un espacio a buen precio para dormir porque vas en plan de turistear, es una muy buena opción, queda a unos pasos del Mirador y un balneario. Caminando a paso tranquilo en 15 min llegas a la calle de las Sombreros y calle de las Sombrillas y por supuesto al muelle que te permite conectar con los pueblos del Lago Atitlán. La disponibilidad y amabilidad de Marisol son excepcionales .

Excelente lugar para visitar Retalhuleu! Cercano al Irtra y muy importante mencionar que todos fueron amables, desde los dueños hasta las personas que cuidan el lugar. Recomendadisimo.

el host 100% amable, resolvió todas las dudas que teníamos asimismo con los problemas que de presentaron! 10/10 Aunque para prepararnos deberían de informarnos que de preferencia un carro 4x4

Excelente lugar para vacacionar en familia o con amigos, amplio y con vistas preciosas, tiene todo para pasarla increíble hasta juegos de mesa, la cocina súper completa tiene hasta una Alexa, recomiendo mucho este lugar Aspectos a tomar en cuenta: Súper retirado de todo ni una tienda cerca, lo más cercano es Santa Catarina Palopó a 30 minutos y Panajachel como a 45 minutos. El camino desde Santa Catarina Palopó no es el mejor, se iba convirtiendo de 2 carriles pasaba a 1 y hay como 15 minutos de terracería la cual cuando fuimos habían reparaciones, ignoro si pondrán asfalto pero en lluvia no creo que suba carro pequeño por 2 cuestas con tierra suelta, si vienen desde Patzún ahí si es calle asfaltada y 10 minutos de terracería. Solo pusieron 2 rollos de papel para una familia de 7 estando 3 días y no dieron sábanas extras, considero que para familias así es necesario Recomiendo traer comida para los días de vacaciones y no salir mucho, la pasarán increíble, yo lo disfruté demasiado.
