Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

You have a lovely little house on a private 600 sq m plot. Your immediate neighbor is the forest, and there are three large terraces and plenty of greenery for your use. In the summer, you can enjoy your private pool, and in the fall and winter, the wood-fired hot tub. Two brand-name grills (gas and charcoal) are available for barbecuing.
