Vakantiewoningen met wasmachine en droger in Südburgenland

Waren zum zweiten Mal dort und es war wieder sehr angenehm. Besonders das einfache Zugangssystem gefällt uns, weil wir mehr Personen waren und keine Schlüssel brauchten. Die Lage ist auch super. In dem Appartement gibts alles, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Julia ist sehr verlässlich, freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Self check- in, check- out funktioniert super! Danke schön! Beim nächsten Mal buchen wir wieder bei Julia:)

Obwohl wir sehr kurzfristig gebucht haben, war alles perfekt vorbereitet und die Kommunikation mit Nadja war problemlos und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderbaren Dachgeschosswohnung und haben die Zeit in Graz sehr genossen!

The place was very spacious and it was located very centrally which made it super easy to get to places. We were provided with everything that we needed for our long term stay (1 month). Christoph himself was very responsive and always available if we needed anything. Can definitely recommend this place!

We stayed for a few days in Martin's apartement and it was perfect. The location is near the center with a great public transport connection. In front of the house you have a supermarket and an delicious italian restaurant. the apartement was clean and warm with a lot of space for our family of three

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der neu modernisierten, hellen Wohnung. Der Dachbalkon, klein aber fein, war ein Highlight. Die Lage ist perfekt und die Wohnung war die beste, die wir bisher in Graz gemietet haben.

I want to thank Stephanie for her being so responsive and available during our stay. The space is quaint and walking distance to grocery stores, the center, farmers markets, restaurants. … also easy access to public transportation. We highly recommend and would stay again.

Wir waren in einer Gruppe von 5 Leute in der schönen Unterkunft. Ich habe noch nie so einen schnellen Kontakt bei AirBnb erlebt, selbst bei einem kleinen Problem welches wir hatten, war der Vermieter innerhalb von Minuten da und löste das Problem! Wir würden liebend gerne jederzeit wieder kommen! Den Whirlpool kann man nur empfehlen :) Auch der Grill wurde gut genutzt und die Ausstattung war besser als beschrieben! Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Trip🫶🏼

Alles top ! Einfach und schnelle Kommunikation bei Fragen. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommende Menschen ! Das Haus von Einrichtung, Stil und Lage her ein absoluter Traum, um zu entspannen und runterzufahren. Sehr empfehlenswert .

Это жильё обустроено с большой любовью и заботой. Всё очень чисто, предусмотрено всё вплоть до мелочей. Есть стиральная и сушильная машины. Наш младший сын был очень рад игрушкам. Но главное украшение квартиры - сама хозяйка Исмета! Вы сразу чувствуете доброту и радушие в этом доме. И большое спасибо за приветственные угощения нам и детям!

Vielen Dank! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. :) Die Unterkunft ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, wir wurden im Vorfeld mit allen Infos versorgt, die wir brauchten. Die Gastgeber waren gut erreichbar und haben und mit wifi usw schnell weitergeholfen.

Szuper kis lakás - modern, tiszta, tágas és minden megtalálható benne, ami 1-2 embernek kellhet egy hosszabb-rövidebb tartózkodáshoz. A tulajdonossal egyszerűen ment a kommunikáció. Ajánlom!

Super Kommunikation und tolle Wohnung

The Place was clean and looked like the pictures, the check in was easy and the hosts responded quickly. The interior was Very pleasant and their were yoga mats and board games provided. Perfect for short trips. 😊

Super saubere moderne Unterkunft die das Geld wert ist.

Martin was the perfect host. He was there y welcome me and handover the keys and the explain how everything worked. He was also very helpful with local recommendations. Checkout was also very easy since Martin was present personally for the same. Whenever I had a question Martin was always very responsive. One of my better AirBnB experiences!

Als zuerst einmal: Die Wohnung war toll und die Lage ein Traum. Ein toller Blick über Graz. Maria hat einen tollen Job gemacht, die Wohnung war perfekt hergerichtet. Die Klimaanlage ist an heißen Tagen wirklich ein Traum. Sollten wir wieder einmal nach Graz kommen, wäre Maria wieder unsere erste Wahl. Danke nochmal

Die Unterkunft von Milena lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Apartment ist geräumig, Küche, Bad und Wohnbereich sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Durch die Hinterhoflage war es trotz der Nähe zum Zentrum sehr ruhig. Man findet in der nahen Umgebung leicht einen Parkplatz, den man von 20:00 bis 9:00 kostenlos nutzen kann. Sehenswürdigkeiten, gute Restaurants und Ausgehmöglichkeiten sind ja in Graz reichlich vorhanden. Milena ist sehr sympathisch und jederzeit für Information erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

This apartment was a wonderful place to return to each evening while I was taking a course nearby. I stayed about 2 weeks. Endless hot water and a great bath, a pretty well equipped kitchen for cooking, a bicycle, (no helmet provided), excellent heating and lots of space. A little dark inside being on the ground floor, but this didn’t bother me as I was out for most of the day at course. Close to the Augarten (park) and river, and old city. Lots of little touches that I appreciated: candles, umbrella, shoe horn, and flexible with check out time. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Thankyou for a comfortable and great stay. Highly recommended
