Came to stay for a friends wedding. The house was close to the church and venue but also a 5 minute walk from a beach with the most beautiful sand. The place was clean, well furnished and felt like a home as you walked in. Seb had provided really clear instructions and a nice welcome message, even remembering about the wedding. Check in and out was easy and convenient, again clear instructions. Parking was just outside and the little shop on the corner was a bonus. Thanks for everything!

We had an absolutely wonderful family weekend in Victoria’s beautiful farmhouse. There was everything we needed and the kitchen was very well equipped. All the bedrooms were great and the garden is beautiful - the children loved the trampoline! We also loved having the cats around - very friendly! Thank you so much. We had a great time!

We stayed in this beautiful little getaway and absolutely loved it! We were really impressed with how clean everything was and how comfy the bed was! The location is perfect. There is a nice little walk to the beach which is about 2mins!! And a lovely little pub enroute, The Oddfellows which we definitely recommend a visit to! Everything is really easy to get to by foot and the neighbourhood is so nice! Ian was great, very friendly and approachable. He communicated with us prior to arrival to give instructions on what to do when we got there, ensured us we could contact him at any time should we need to (luckily we didn’t), and just before we left. Would highly recommend and will be visiting again!

What a stunning place! A quirky house with lovely farmhouse style kitchen (don’t forget to bring tea/coffee etc), large and great layout. Communication was great 👍🏼 There is a local Spar shop about 6 minutes away and a larger supermarket just over 20 mins away. The thing that really blew us away was how great it was set up for kids!! Lots of DVDs, a play room FILLED with toys (all perfect for us with three boys), three high chairs to pick from, lots of plastic plates/bowls/cups/cutlery! The garden was also contained a large trampoline, slide, jungle gym, sandpit, basketball nets and balls, football goals and balls, and an awesome tree house! It had gorgeous bluebells throughout a wooded area too, the outside space is huge and amazing!! We had a fabulous weekend catching up with family :)

cobweb cottage was cozy and well equipped. The bedding was great and very comfortable. The space was perfect for everyone to gather in, but also the annexes allowed everyone to have enough privacy. The local pub is highly recommended we had a great meal there as a group and they couldn't have been more accommodating! Everyone in the group commented on how cute the property was. A couple of the properties quirks are covered in the welcome book and are clearly labelled, we had a slight issue with the boiler on check in but Joe showed us how to work around it so wasn't an issue. The Internet wasn't working on check out but we didn't need it so wasn't a huge issue. All in all a great stay!

We stayed in The Lite House for a family celebration for a couple of 'big' birthdays. The house is by far the best airbnb property we have stayed in. It is spacious but cozy with amazing sea views from the lounge area and master bedroom. It is the ideal house for a family group, with a well equipped kitchen, plenty of comfy seating and close to a pub, restaurant and highly recommended fish and chip shop. We all had a brilliant weekend and would definitely return!

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

A lovely place – tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed exploring the area. Southwold is a delightful little town full of bakeries, eateries and charming shops – and, of course, there’s the sea! A great find.

The place was clean, neat, beautifully decorated and homey. The bed was comfortable. I would recommend this place and would certainly consider staying here again.

The Old School Room was simply perfect! Everything we needed was provided, the apartment was spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished. We felt so at home and super comfortable. Upon arrival, Mike was extremely welcoming and Judith was very quick to respond to our messages. The apartment is very well located on a peaceful road overlooking the sea. All in all, an absolute gem of an Airbnb!!

Very nice, very convenient and very close to the city centre flat. It was very clean, tidy and we could always find it warm during our whole stay. The parking permit that is provided is a huge plus since Ipswich is a town in which finding a parking slot is not that easy. The host is very friendly and can be contacted at any time, providing useful information for the town as well as for any activities that would interest a visitor of Ipswich. I strongly recommend to try this flat, next time I will need a flat in Ipswich I will definitely go for this one again.

Our hosts where very lovely and went out of their way to make our stay great. It was just right has we where going to the near by race track for the weekend.Our hosts also helped with sorting things out for my disabled daughter.

Right in the heart of Thetford. A very modern apartment with a great extra touch in the style of decor and facilities (loved the electronic black out blinds in the bedroom). It was very clean, and had some lovely extras of milk, bottled water in the fridge and biscuits. The river walks, parks and museums were nice. With lots of small shops, pubs and places to eat within easy walking distance. Janet was a great host and communication was brilliant. Will be back I’m sure!

Lovely stay, lots of nice/useful touches. Slightly difficult to park but resident parking vouchers helped. 30-minute drop off zone outside was useful for unloading.

We had a lovely stay at Gil’s place. Suzy was the perfect host, really responsive to any messages and accommodating of any requests. The annex is very peaceful and private considering it is attached to their house - this was never an issue. I loved all the thoughtful extras like Netflix, DVDs, a fan, toiletries and even some milk in the fridge! I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the whole place, I couldn’t fault anything. A great, quiet location whilst still being an easy walk into town. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

Lovely 2 nights at The Annex. Really sweet, well equipped home from home and a gorgeous happy golden retriever next door! We were welcomed with treats for our dog and hotcross buns with butter. On the grounds of the air museum which was a huge bonus as we planned to visit. Will definitely stay again, thanks so much!

Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We looked at the stars while sipping champagne from our wedding a few months back. What more do you want! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Annetta! All the best Luke & Addie x

A lovely well equipped apartment central to everything. The main high street literally a 5 min stroll. Liz was very friendly and helped with parking. The kitchen was particularly well equipped with everything you might need. An Easter egg and lemon drizzle cake was waiting for us on our arrival which was a thoughtful touch. Beds were very comfortable. Would most definitely recommend this apartment and hope to return in the future.
