Fully renovated typical old stone house in the Karst region of Slovenia (EU), because of the rich wines and scenery also called "Slovenian Tuscuny". Small farm village Dolenja vas (Sežana) is near famous Škocjan caves, stud farm Lipica, Postojna caves and just 30 minutes by car from Trieste, Slovenian coast and 45 from Ljubljana. In Karst dialect "ana pravca" means "one fairy-tale" and Ana is also the name of the owner of the property. The house has 4 independent units with 4 bathrooms. Guests of the house are welcomed to use kitchen, dinning room and garden for relaxing or having a picnic. The house can be rent as a whole, for maximum 15 persons (10+5). A family suite has one bedroom with a double bed and second, children bedroom with 2 separate beds. In the living room the extra bed for 2 is a sleeping sofa. The suite has a bathroom with a shower and it's own separate entrance. The suite with a private terrace on the 1st floor has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sleeping sofa for 2. It has a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor are also two rooms. First, spacious room with a bed for 2 and an additional sleeping sofa for 2, has a private terrace and a bathroom with a tub. The second, relaxation room has also a bathroom with a tub.

Welcome to your new home, 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom house - Vila Grad Bled :). Close to everything, but in peacefully area. It will take you 3 minutes walk to old center of Bled, 6 minutes walk to lake Bled, a few minutes walk to Bled castle There are some bikes free of charge to get to Bled's favourite attractions even faster and more enjoyable :) (bikes are not new) In front of house are 3 parking spaces.. Just cross the road and there is a big kids playground, you can watch them from house :)

Zenja luxury vila apartments - closed yard, nature

The house offers five studios - two studious are for 2 persons, two studios are for 3 persons (one possible 3+1) and one big apartment with attic room for 6 persons. What is all together for 16 persons. Possible to add 2 extra futon single beds (30 eur/person/day). There is outdoor loggia with kitchen space for group gatherings or workshops and feng shui relax garden to enjoy the nature and private parking place. House is in the middle of small town so no party and path leads to Skocjan caves.

The Holiday Home is what you need to escape from the urban lifestyle and enjoy a peaceful time in a quiet rural area located on a hill with a beautiful view with only sounds of birds and nature soothing your mind. Afterwards you can treat yourself in the hot tub or sauna. The area offers paths for hiking, cycling or you can visit the nearby city Slovenj Gradec which has a rich cultural heritage. "9b-The Resort" Nel cuore del Carso sloveno lussuoso resort circondato da boschi e vigneti. Realizzato e gestito nel pieno rispetto della filosofia green. Ambiente accogliente e rilassante composto da zona giorno open space con bagno munito di vasca al piano terra; zona notte al piano superiore composta da ampia camera matrimoniale con servizio privato e suite con salottino e bagno privato. La struttura dispone di SPA con piscina coperta, sauna, bagno turco, idromassaggio e palestra.

Luxury and charming Karst House in idyllic village

Spacious and very charming Karst House, located is idyllic village of Pliskovica was renovated in year 2006 in a traditional Karst style, however we did added everything that you need for relaxed holidays, including: outdoor Jacuzzi, finish sauna with relaxation and chill out area, private wine cellar, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and two lovely gardens. Our Charming Karst House is the place to enjoy your holidays, possibly with a glass of amazing Slovenian wine!

Superb and large villa with large garden, immersed in the nature of the Karst, located in a quiet but at the same time strategic area, between the cities of Gorizia and Trieste. Suitable for more or less large families, equipped for children. Pets are welcome and will have the entire garden at their disposal. The house has an air conditioning system that, together with the heating system, keeps it pleasantly comfortable throughout the year.
