Clean, comfortable stay with a VERY comfortable bed! Sweet Edith made sure we were settled the moment we arrived, with coffee, creamer, a few snacks and beverages, and toiletries! We felt safe the whole time and appreciated the ability to walk to coffee shops and a grocery store .

Marie-Josee's place was perfect for this trip. I was visiting a friend who lives very close by, so location couldn't have been better. The place was well-equipped, clean, easy to access and has free & convenient parking! The bedroom was very comfortable and clean. I also found the large closet helped to keep my luggage organized. Mostly, I appreciated how responsive Marie-Josee was to any questions that came up.

Stayed for one night, the place was spotless and great value for the price! Very comfortable, had everything you could possibly need.

Doug & Cheryl are very thoughtful hosts. From the very detailed instructions, clearly labeled items and little touches like USB ports & charging cables, you knows that they've put themselves in your shoes to make you feel as comfortable as you're at home. The place looks just like the pictures & while some might feel that the kitchen/dining area looks like a boiler room, we found it charming & full of character. It's nicely modeled & served it's purpose. The area is nestled in a safe, quiet neighbourhood and offers privacy while within reach to many amenities & attractions. I would definitely look at staying here again!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this suite! Very walkable to lots of tourist attractions such as Pike Place, otherwise a quick Uber ride away. Also less than ten minutes walking from King St Station which is perfect for any travellers passing through that way. We loved the space, it is open concept and perfect for a group. We were also ecstatic to utilize the pool table when we had down time - such a fun and unique thing to have in the room. Check-in super straightforward and seamless, so it was great to be able to find the place with no issues. Nothing less than 5 stars, would love to stay again! You won’t regret booking. The house was very comfortable and well kept up with a mid-century modern vibe. The beds and linens were very nice too! The location is perfect if you have a student at UPS and central to get to other local attractions. There is some noise that carries from the guests/residents below, but to be expected in an older home and Reece was very responsive about any concerns.

This awesome listing is exactly what you see in the pictures. Clean, no clutter, smells wonderful, host responds quickly and follows up, house is supplied with everything especially the kitchens, the beds were so comfortable and the pillows, easy to walk down to the beach, the large patio was great for outside entertainment and our weather was fabulous that weekend. The home has the 2 bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom in between with a stocked kitchen with an island, dining room, laundry room and great living room with beautiful views. The downstairs has 2 bedrooms with a bathroom in the middle of the area with a fun game room, eating area in the kitchen and laundry room. This home was perfect for us 4 couples wanting to get away and go to a Mariner's game. It was very private for all of us and had good gathering locations in the home. Easy to find the home. Easy Uber access. You could also use the Water Taxi to get to Seattle. We all made some fun friend memories!!!!!!!!!

Great unit, better in person than the photos listed. John, the host was super responsive and kind. Great location, close to highway, although a bit confusing to get onto 405 due to the ramp construction. The shower was the best I ever had. At night, it is a bit cold in the basement. Other than that, it felt very homy to us. We will definitely consider to stay here again.

Naili was an excellent host. Very responsive to all questions and inquiries. Very accommodating to me and my family and made our family Thanksgiving get together a reality with her beautiful home. The home is extremely gorgeous and very well kept with beautiful views and very peaceful. Everything was as advertised. I highly recommend staying at Nali’s house.

This home was perfect for when I had lots of family visiting from out of town. Each couple had their own bedroom. The teens made use of the twin beds and the babies/toddler had floor space for their pad and travel cribs. (The carpet was very clean so we had no qualms about kiddos sleeping on the floor.) It was a very good price for the great accommodations. No hotel could have given me that price for the number of rooms I would have had to reserve. the view was lovely and the neighborhood was easily accessible from the main road. Definitely keeping Scott’s place in my favorites for the next time I have a bunch of family visiting.

Great space, tucked back into a cul-du-sac. Friendly neighbors, walkable and quiet. Interior is roomy and spacious with open kitchen. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. All bedrooms are on 2nd floor, along with master bath and 2nd bathroom. Patio was a wonderful way to rest and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Watch out for the sunken living room step, it might get'cha. Will stay again if in the area.

Great location! Simon was super helpful as he gave us lots of good recommendations to check out in the city. Within walking distance to the market, space needle, and many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Would highly recommend this property.

This location was perfect for Seattle sightseeing and attending a conference at the Seattle Convention Center. There was easy access to public transportation and many areas were within reasonable walking distance. Michael provided easy and clear instructions and was always responsive when needed. We felt right at home especially after a long day of walking or attending lectures. Thanks for a great time in Seattle!

This is a fantastic place to stay in Seattle with a brilliant location and excellent amenities. The condo is exactly as described, spacious and well appointed. It is a 5 minute walk to Pike Place market and has a lovely waterfront view. You are close to everything that Seattle has to offer, but the condo is also quiet and private. Bindu couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating, responding very quickly to any queries and offering some great restaurant/coffee recommendations. A great find and we’d love to return again one day - thank you Bindu!

Kenny made my stay wonderful. He provided helpful recommendations before I arrived. Check-in was easy, and he let me in early when my plane arrived earlier than expected. I appreciated Kenny checking in with me after I checked in to make sure I got into the condo okay. The condo had everything I needed. I was immediately comfortable and, consequently, felt more human throughout the hectic conference period. I’m grateful to have stayed there — the conference was within a five minute walk. The Starbucks Reserve was two blocks away. The restaurants around it were high quality, delicious, and welcoming. I would come back again.

We had an excellent stay! The location was absolutely amazing - close to Pikes, tons of great restaurants, breweries, and beautiful walking paths with breath taking views of the Sound. The condo was very clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed and then some. Jason and Courtney were super easy to communicate with, and check-in was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seattle.

Bilan’s place is very nice! I loved the light, airy feel of the condo, very clean and comfortable! I would stay here again. Especially if you like night life, there are multiple bars and a comedy club near by. But bring ear plugs if you like to go to sleep between 12-2 am. It can get rowdy out there!
